There's an old saying, three strikes and you're out!!! Well their third strike came 07/05/25. My problems are always related to the same person. The first was when this person charged me tax on lottery tickets. I bought 4-$5 tickets and 2 little Debbie apple pies @ 2 for $4 the total came to $25.68 but it didn't click until I was in my truck, what had happened so I let it go, thinking it was an honest mistake. I'm pretty sure I was wrong because the second strike came from the same person, I stopped in one evening and got a cup of coffee and a snack, well there were three people behind the counter talking, well I stood there and waited for at least two to three minutes and they kept talking like I wasn't even there, so I walked out the door leaving everything I was going to buy on the counter. Then strike three came Friday when I bought a large bag of funyuns, 1 apple pie, and 2 packs of cigarettes. Well buying 2 packs of cigarettes you get a discount by putting a phone # in well this same person rang up the total without putting the discount on the cigarettes so I asked her about it and she looked at me funny so I told her not to worry about it I didn't have the time but this is the last time I will come here. I have never been nothing but courteous and polite every time I have been in that store or any other as far as that goes. But for a place to treat me like I'm stupid or I'm a waste of time or like they are doing me the favor by taking my money is beyond me. Shell premium gas is the only brand and grade of gas I use, because of the discount I get on gas, and for the most part a team of dedicated employees that treat me like they are glad that I am helping them keep a job, and not like I should feel honored for them to assist me. Friday was my last time in that store because of one person that puts herself above the customer.
