“Called in need of urgent roadside assistance for a flat tire I just stumbled upon. Owner answered the phone first time I called, took down my address of location I was at, and confirmed he would arrive to me shortly in twenty mins. He most certainly did arrive exact timing as he said he would !! After arriving he got started on the job that took roughly five mins to change and he even gave me a fair/reasonable price. I’m pleased and very grateful for the help, definitely a life saver literally. I would highly recommend he was the ONLY company in lenoir that was not only available but as well ONLY that actually offered flat tire assistance!!!”

“These guys are the greatest!!! They came all the way to Mountain City, TN to help us. When a wrecker couldn't be used for our situation, Scott Kilpatrick got my number. He said he would text me the next morning with a number for someone that could help fix the axle. I really doubted that I would hear back from him because people just forget. He didn't forget, he texted at 8am the very next morning and had me to send him pics of my axle. He sent them to someone else and then got me the help I needed. Who does this in this day and time???? “After a different local TIRE SERVICE company next to Walmart in Morganton could not find or fix the INSANE Road-noise issue I was having after buying all new Tires, and spending an additional $900 for an incorrect part, said Tire Service company had zero idea where the noise was coming from, and sent me away. I then took my 2013 GMC Terrain to the Team at McCabe’s Tire and Services and they were able to located the True noise issue (Front Bearing) and fixed it within 3 hours. 5 Star shout out to Elise, Dave, and Super Tech Andy! I didn’t use Hickory wrecker service, but I just called them to pick up my son on the side of the road, and he was scheduling a pick up… but then he offered me a suggestion of wrecker service that might be much cheaper based on where my son was sitting. I thought that was amazing of him to think to do that. I’ll for sure call them again next time we need a tow. You don’t see that kind of thoughtfulness out of businesses much anymore.”

“They were the only ones that would come out early in the morning faster to help get my mom’s car unlocked. They arrived within 30 minutes when the other towing services I called wouldn’t have been here until hours. The only issue I had with them was the pricing. I mean I get it, they need to make profit somehow but $85 just to manually unlock a car door is a bit steep on cost but I’m just grateful they could make it as quick as they could considering my mom’s car was running too.”
“Had a great experience here!! Had problems with my 2014 Subaru and they were so quick to fix it. Every time I called to check they always informed me of what they had done and when it would be finished. The day changed for it to be finished but they were apologetic and took an little off the finished price since it took longer than they said. Very respectful atmosphere I appreciate them and recommend them!”

“Trey came out to pick up my vehicle after a call to AAA. He was patient with having to move and remove my car several times to get it positioned safely on the tow truck. He was helpful and informative. I have rarely had a towing experience where I didn’t feel uncomfortable with the tow truck driver but this guy was amazing!”
