Only one employee in the store, who acted as though he didnt even want to be there. Ordered a watch, he said it couldn't be sent directly to my house (a lie) so I reluctantly agreed to have it sent to the store. Well about 5 days later, and multiple customer service agents, they determined there was an issue with my order and had to order another one. The customer service agent over the phone had no issue sending it directly to my house. So another 4 days later I finally had the watch, no thanks to this store.

I sent my mother in for assistance with her phone not working. They assisted her with getting a new phone. Associate Kensley misled and lied to my mother throughout the process, charging her over $200 for items that she told my mother were included. If this is how they do business, they will no longer have mine.

In all honesty after the shit service I’ve had at Lenoir Verizon. My experience here was phenomenal. I can’t remember the ladies name who helped me, but she was a store manager, and she made sure that I got a plan that would help me out instead of hurting my bank account in the long run. She had to leave and handed me over to an employee. Cody was just as amazing. Thanks guys! Honestly. ♥️

In all honesty after the shit service I’ve had at Lenoir Verizon. My experience here was phenomenal. I can’t remember the ladies name who helped me, but she was a store manager, and she made sure that I got a plan that would help me out instead of hurting my bank account in the long run. She had to leave and handed me over to an employee. Cody was just as amazing. Thanks guys! Honestly. ♥️

The entire staff at this location was very helpfu,l resolving a problem with an asurion insurance claim,as online was not recognizing my new address for service.My hands were recently injured as well as being disabled, so I really appreciate the extra effort on their part,Thanks again Geoffrey Prout

As a retailer, Drew went out of his way to help me with a return towards the end of his shift… And stayed overtime to ensure my phone was set properly
Drew also help me lower my bill because I was on an older plan.
I really appreciate his efforts to help me, even though he didn’t have to as a retailer. I’ll be back when I need additional help and can provide financial support to the store.

Unaccommodating small store. I found the one employee unhelpful and lifeless. I would recommend the new Verizon in Viewmont. Huge store, lots of selection and 7 employees on staff.
