“I highly recommend Lenoir Veterinary Hospital! I had been driving over an hour once I moved to Lenoir to continue my animals vet visits and when my cat got sick I did research for a local veterinary. I read the reviews and then I called them. I am so glad I did! My cat and dogs all love it there! The vets are friendly and very compassionate. They have always been straight forward about each visit. I am very thankful that now I can keep my animals up to date and get a quick visit if they get sick in 15 minutes. They are by far the best vet I've visited.”

“after decades in Morganton I drove all the way over to Valdese and am very glad I did. a new pup and a new vet office and I think it will work very well. Being treated with respect is important. Getting me in on same day I called is valuable. Having a vet tech who smiles and listens and understands what is important to you is very valuable. The experienced vet then comes in where I am allowed to be with my pup unlike some places. The professional is also personable and does not lord over or condescend. I was very much relieved to find this place right under my nose all these years. A business of course but one I can work with and respect. They treated me just like I had hoped for.”

“This office is wonderful at their core. The efforts of working with high school students, teaching clients about the importance of pet nutrition, and their kindness will never go unnoticed. If you struggle building the right diet for your pets, they have the knowledge for you. The amount I would’ve paid to have them on my side years ago when I had a diabetic dog and had to formulate everything… but I just recently moved to hickory and I’m very happy to be established with them now. They manage to keep costs as low as they can with the rising fees they are dealing with now just like everyone else. They are fantastic folks… support local and establish care here, you won’t regret it. My kitties love them.”

“I called to ask for help with a sick alley cat on a Sunday and they made time to see the cat that same day! They treated that cat so kindly and showed so much care. I was shocked how well the feral cat reacted to its first visit to the vet. I heard they have a designated person assigned to spend time with their patients who are dropped off and have to spend the day with them (such as this cat) and I believe that made this such a positive experience. Thank you to the whole team at Shadow Ridge! Every single person we interacted at this hospital was so kind and patient.”

“Services are good, However, if your pet (K9) is a regular patient, the claw trimming is very pricey when other medical services have been conducted during a wellness or sick visit. Even so, just to have a claw trim visit has increased to dramatically expensive. I understand that some pets can be a little difficult needing restraint, but those that are not aggressive, why such a high cost of a simple grooming?”

“Our regular vet could not see us because he was unavailable. His assistant referred us to Hudson Animal Hospital. When we arrived with our 14 year old Yorkie Nicky, who was experiencing some medical problems, we were greeted warmly. And not long after, we were brought to an exam room. After a short wait, Nicky was given a full examination. We were told what to expect and the medications we needed. I found everyone to be professional, helpful and supportive. Needless to say, we will now be bringing Nicky to Hudson Animal Hospital, from now on.”

“I’ve been to CASE with my dogs in the past and recently more times than I can count with my cat who struggles with urine retention. My dogs have had surgeries there and my cats have had hospitalizations for urinary issues. Additionally, I’ve seen Dr. Haysom for internal medicine and Dr. Bradshaw for behavioral help. I’ve spoken with probably most of the doctors and nurses who work there and they’re all amazing. They have a really, really hard job but you can tell they really care about your pet and want to help. The care they’ve received has been exceptional and I’m truly grateful for everyone there.”
