Mark and the whole gang at Peeler’s Body Shop did an absolutely outstanding job making my car look like brand new! I’m telling you… it is a black car and it’s not easy to match ack! “First and foremost, this review is based strictly on customer service, as the parts have not arrived yet. That said, I’m already very familiar with the quality of the products they offer, so I have no concerns there.
I especially want to thank Tad. Even though I mistakenly thought I still had a dealer account and didn’t, he still worked with me to make sure I was taken care of. What stood out the most was that the invoice listed the axles for an M240 instead of my M2. Since Tad was part of the development team for these axles, he personally reassured me they would fit correctly. That level of confidence and support was enough for me to move forward with the purchase instead of backing out.
The order also includes a carbon driveshaft, and I genuinely can’t wait to get everything installed. Thank you again for the excellent customer service and support throughout the process.”
“Stopped at this store because my vehicle overheated again. Was able to purchase the products necessary to get my vehicle running smoothly again. This visit required another bottle of blue devil head gasket repair and replacement antifreeze. The staff member that was there that morning was accommodating to my situation as I needed to let my vehicle idle for 50 minutes and it was 15° outside. He ran the heater so I could warm up and we exchanged pleasant and relevant conversation during this time as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone with automotive needs.”

“09/20/2024 was my first time even knowing that this store exists and I truly appreciate the guys at Sherwin Williams in Lexington for informing me. If you need auto paint or parts I suggest you check out Rouzer Motor Parts. Not only did they have what I needed the atmosphere and energy I experienced was like no other. Memories from my childhood going into the auto shop with my grandfather to get parts and just a good ole down to earth family atmosphere made me feel like doing this review. Stores like these are one in a million and I truly am happy to say that I found this rare gem. Usually customers are asked to do reviews not here. Matt thank you guys so much for what you are doing and just keeping things simple.”

“Huge shoutout to the team & management at O’Reilly on Fairson Ave in Salisbury, NC! After searching all day for ice melt for the predicted freezing rain & upcoming ice storm with no luck, I ran into an O’Reilly team member at a gas station who went out of his way to help me. He tracked down the last 4 bags at one of his stores and had them ready for me to pick up within 20 minutes. It’s rare to see this kind of dedication to service. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!”
“Absolutely excellent service from Bob Ware's radiator shop. I destroyed the drain plug on my welding truck trying to drain the fluid and could not figure out how to make a new one work. John was very helpful and installed a new plug for me within minutes for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this shop and will be using them in the future for all of my radiator needs. A marvelous place with many wonders to dote upon, I spent hours and hours and settled with the marvelous “Gear Shifter” key chain….. what hero led me to this section? What knight in shining armor unveiled this wonder? Some would say he’s a company man…. I just call him Zack”
