I had to put a star up to comment. If I didn't have to, I wouldn't even have put one up, because this place doesn't deserve one! I was in the customer service industry for over 30 years and this place is by far, the worst about customer service than ANYWHERE I have ever been. They never answer a phone call, never return a call, never have a prescription ready on time, or even care if you do business with them or not. When you go to pick up your prescriptions, they are rude and inconsiderate. In my opinion, CVS should be ashamed to let one of their stores operate in this manner. I will never do business with them and my wife drives an extra 30 miles to go to another CVS, bypassing this one because of the terrible customer service.

What should be a routine pick up always turns into a battle to get my prescription filled. The staff is always rude and condescending. This cvs should be closed or needs new management.

Stopped by to pick up a prescription after work that was called before lunch. Jeremy H. Said it wouldn’t be filled until tomorrow and that they already pulled the cash registers for the night. Now I get to wait another day to get my antibiotics for my sinus infection. Thanks CVS I really appreciate, it means a lot!
I would give you zero stars but that’s not an option, I normally don’t write nasty reviews because I definitely believe in giving grace but you earned this one.

I can’t recall what the guys name is, I’ll have to look next time I need to go in for a prescription but he’s the only that I have an issue with so far. He’s rude and for absolutely no reason.
There was one early morning my dr had sent a RX over and we had to go out that morning a few hours later so I figured we’d stop by to get it anyways and I didn’t mind waiting for it to be filled, this dude had an attitude and was all huffy n puffy saying “it’s not ready yet but i can expedite it. It’ll take like 20 minutes.” Then went on to ramble about how if it’s sent over early or some shit it’s not usually done till the next day or something acting as if I was supposed to just magically know something like that? Tho I’ve never had that issue with any other pharmacy but anyways.
My next issues was yesterday. 1/8. I had to pick up some birth control and my husband was picking something up a Dr had sent over to prepare for his vasectomy that we’re waiting to schedule. We had our infant with us as well. He explained that the birth control and migraine meds if I take them often could potentially cause blood clots but I don’t take the migraine meds very often so im not too entirely worried about it. But that’s not what the issue was. As my husband was paying for our drinks he decided it was appropriate to snicker to himself. Some people are a 1 and done type of people and would prefer to take all precautions necessary to NOT get pregnant again. But I guess that’s funny to him 🤷🏻♀️
Next time I go in I’ll have to either request to have someone else help me or I’ll wait and come back some other day cause otherwise if he does or says some shit again I’ll gladly say something.
Not my fault he doesn’t have a healthy relationship with, if one at all, and doesn’t have kids of his own. But that’s a good thing tho, cause I would feel bad for all of them if they had to deal with someone like him.
I have never ONCE, since coming here, given ANY of these people a hard time for ANY reason. I’m always patient with them cause I don’t mind waiting. And looking at these other reviews, im probably talking about the same guy they are and the fact he still works there is ridiculous if that’s the case.
Do better.

Store staff is generally friendly and helpful(shoutout to Mrs Beth she knows how customer service is done) Jason has been helpful and always very even keeled.

Filled one prescription, then showed me medication for 2nd, said there was a system that needed to be rung through and that she would not do it because they were closing for lunch in 6 minutes. Rudely advised to come back after lunch. Rude throughout process. Realo just down the road is unbelievably helpful. Just go there!

Jason is wonderful. Always so helpful. The ladies at drive thru are very nice and helpful also. Been going here a number of years now. Will always go to this one.

Pharmacists here are lazy and incompetent been trying for the last month to switch over pharmacies, they only sent 1 of my prescriptions over to the better pharmacy I'm switching to but didn't send the other??? Sounds like someone is straight up lazy and not doing their jobs as usual, most other pharmacies you can leave the doc office/hospital and ur prescriptions are always filled and ready by the time you get there but this place will have you waiting hours it's ridiculous and they should be fired for their lack of service and care of doing their job

I would give a zero if I could. You can never speak to a real person. I can see why older people have so many problems because all you can talk to is a recording and it finally let you leave a message. And you get no call back. I'm out of town and need to transfer medicine. My doctor will have to put in a new prescription because I can't get a REAL PERSON to talk to. I will be transferring my meds to Walmart or Rite Aid because with both of them everything was quick and easy versus fighting with a robot and still not getting Anyone!! They need to shut DOWN!!

I stopped here to find a specific type battery. The clerk was VERY FRIENDLY and treated me with an EXTRA amount of assistance!
We had to look into five different places before finding the one I needed! I was VERY SURPRISED at how dedicated the clerk was to TRULY LOOKING for the battery for me!
Once I got outside, I commented to my passenger on how REALLY HELPFUL the clerk was! "GOOD JOB" CVS for hiring this type of people to leave a WONDERFULLY LASTING impression on a new customer!!

I switched from Bayboro apharmacy and wish I hadn't. After sending me daily texts that my B.P. medication was ready for pick up, then their system sent it back and and it's unavailable for me! Ugh. Going back to Bayboro.
