“I was in a tight situation. Had a leaking tire and a 300 mile trip tonight. It was 3pm July 3rd. Every other tire shop I called or drove by had closed early for the holiday. One told me to show up in 15 mins or they could not service the tire. As a last chance I drove to Arrowhead BP in Mebane...never been there before. They immediately changed my tire. Super super nice and respectful... no problems. They even plugged my old tire for $7.50. I'll keep it as a full size spare. My point is they came through when every other tire shop did not.
And they sell jars of honey. Small town kind of shop.
I also have to note the two owners were there running things. Father and son. The literal owners of the business were there actively managing the operation. Taking immediate, personal responsibility for everything.
I rate the business 100%. 5 stars.”

“Yesterday i was on my way to Mount Olive University for one of my boys special day, a 2.5 hrs from home. Unfortunately the unexpected happened in Burlington area, Morgan's Towing was the third place i've called and happy i did. Both other places were asking for $300+ for the same service/distance, Morgan's charges was $80 cheaper. NICE AND KIND people, FAST/RELIABLE, and EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. I'll most certainly recommend them to anyone. The driver was very kind, nice and understanding, i believe he is the back up driver. I forgot his name. Thank you for responded in timely manner.”

“Keith Maready Towing came through! I was having issues with my 2004 6.0 Powerstroke starting (granted it has been cold). The truck definitely needs some work and I was convinced I needed a new starter. Keith was able to troubleshoot, and walk me through common issues with the truck and got it up and going. Super friendly, super responsive, and super knowledgeable. Hats off to him.”
