7-Eleven is a convenient spot with friendly staff and tasty offerings like iced coffee and red velvet cookies. However, the bathroom being out of order for an extended period and unexpected closures have been frustrating for some customers.
I was just there today at lunchtime and customer service was excellent. I will definitely go back during lunch period I work at the hospital, Cone.

My experience at this spot tonight was great! I was craving an iced coffee that I could make myself and it was yummy! Didn't catch the employees name, but he was excellent with a beautiful smile!!

The note on the door said “bathroom bRb I sat in the car for 30 mins why is it only one person in there so unprofessional !!! People walking up pulling on the door just flat out ghetto
