Cathy is most sweetest woman that I ever met. She had great customer service, and I saw that others respect her. Amazing. She was very helpful even on the phone before I even got there and wonderful when I got there. Give her a raise and I mean a healthy one too!!!!! Thank u for everything!!!!

Whenever I need storage in the future, I know exactly where I will return. When I first called AAA Self Storage at N Elm, I spoke with the loveliest woman on the phone named Cathy. She answered all of my questions and helped me deduce what size storage I needed for my things. She has unparalleled customer service skills and AAA Self Storage at N Elm is lucky that they have her representing their business. It’s employees like her that make a good business an exceptional one. The facility is well-maintained. There is complimentary coffee in the office. My experience has far exceeded my expectations.

The place is very clean, secure and temperature controlled. The manager is very nice and a pleasure to have someone who truly cares about her facility and the people who patronage AAA Storage on Elm St. She is a credit, valuable asset and a big part of why I choose to use this facility.Thank you Cathy T. This AAA is always spotless. I’ve stored here for my business since they opened. Even though people have left remnants from their move or at times spilled liquids on the floor it is always promptly cleaned by the next business day. The manager, Kat has tremendous pride in her facility and takes the security of the property very serious.
