This is the last time I will visit this location, as I tried one more time after poor customer service the last time. This past time, was a rude check in. I seriously don't understand why you can't be cordial, nice etc when someone walks in. The mechanic also didn't believe me when I said a light has been out until some other guy spotted it. I hate being told or alluded to that I am saying something I didn't see. As a single woman, going to a mechanic is hard enough and then you deal with a shitty mechanic who doesnt believe something is going on with your car and then says demeaning things to you like you are an idiot. They always show I need further work done with my car when I had extensive work done multiple times over the past years. The customer service is sorely lacking in this location for several visits now and I will not be back.

This garage charged my mom over $200 to repair her air conditioner on her car! She just drove home from the beach with it blowing hot air and it’s 95°!! When she reached out to them, they said they would be glad to charge her more money to diagnose the problem! Shouldn’t the diagnosis come first!!?? Despicable to prey on the elder community!!

I was really happy to go here for some car things. They let me know what I needed to be replaced, was kind and courteous. They’ve earned my vote, and when I’m able I plan on being a AAA member because from what I read and saw, they have really good plans. They care.

Took my car in for a oil change and a simple cabin filter replacement on 5/16/2024.
They did not vacuum the cabin filter prior to replacing. This dumped all the leaves into my air intake. Produced a loud humming noise when air was on . I took back immediately the sameday and was told the leaves got into the air intake. Easy mistake to make.
After driving off my car sttill had humming noise. I calledd the next morning and I requesred that the person not work on my car again. Durung the 2nd trip back
I was told by the customer service that you cannot vacuum the cabin filter prior to changing. In addition, they were not responsible. That it was all due to the llengrh of tilme between cabin filter changes. Since it had been a couple years since the last change.
Pleas remember my vehicle was not making any noises prior to AAA replacing the cabin filter and thee noise had started immeduately afer being worked on by this location.
I will never take any of my vechiles back to this location, OR anyy Aaa car care center. Makes me doubt the quality of Aaa membership. Piss poor workmanship and the fromt line customer service lying boldly to your face that they are not responsible and did mot cause the problem when it's abundently ckear my car wasg any noise prior to AAA putting theit hands on my vehicle. I am truly disappointed in AAA.

Terrible customer service will not take my car to this car care center ever again. It deserves a zero star rating. The service tech I spoke to was very rude and made the comment of I should've called weeks in advance to get a brake job done not the day before. Called the other care care center in the county they said bring it in tomorrow with a schedule appointment he created. That's how you treat customers.

This business goes way beyond customer service...Mike was wonderful.....greeted us and took care of my tire situation quickly and efficiently....made suggestions for us to decide from...fixed them and we were on our way! We will be back!

Worst.business.model.ever for speaking with a representative over the phone regarding a simple question. AAA needs to take a serious look at its impersonal, cumbersome public interface communication policy. Significant improvements are needed.
