the manager called me irate and rude therefore he call me out my name terrible customer service I have been a customer for 9 years I'm a very respectful person so for him to say that as a manager is questionable there's no excuse for that type of behavior need to be more professional

Always easy in and out on buying or paying. I been dealing with this store for at least 12 yrs and have never had a problem that was not taken care of in a reasonable amount of time! Update; a racist store manager, people begging outside the store, a driver texting and driving, and a Regional Manager that dont care that the store is falling off, and the store was very dirty, I have decided that I should find a different company due to this Aaron's on Yanceyville St. Greensboro, N.C.. Sad to see that this store has went down hill so fast

The store manager practically THREATENED TO COME TO MY HOUSE AFTER THE STORE WAS ALREADY CLOSED TO RETRIEVE AN ITEM THAT WAS PRE LEASED THEY SCRATCHED MY WOOD FLOOR WHEN IT WAS Delivered and besides that I am sick and I said I did not want anyone in my home after dark. I am also disabled. I advised him that I would have the item. Put outside my door on Monday. By the maintenance man, I am only one payment behind. You would have thought I was running from them for $53. This is really a smack in the face. After I've bought a pair of so many things from this store. I feel disrespected. I feel threatened and I feel not appreciated as a customer. I have to watch my back. Because these people have I am going to file a police report and get a restraining order against the manager of the store and whoever else was employed at this store. There's no respect coming from this store. So why should my money be invested in anything such as errands? And I am going to call the Corporate office because I feel disrespected. He was yelling at me like I was a kid like his mother gave birth to me. His Name is SHAWN ------ SO IF MY HOME IS VANDALIZED BROKEN INTO OR I AM HARMED HOLD AARONS AND THIS OVERLY AGGRESSIVE MANAGER ACCOUNTABLE!!!!! COMPLETELY FLOORED by his threats and actions
this all over $53.00 after I've spent thousands of $$$$$ where is the respect NOWDAYS!!!

When I purchased my bedroom suite, I was never informed it does not include the mattress nor boxspring! When it was delivery, I was thinking maybe the movers was bringing that in the house after they got everything else set! I was asked to see how I like it, but they just left before I had a chance to ask about the mattress/boxspring. Therefore, I called back the very next day to informed I was not please, to come and pickup the bedroom suite! I was told it would not be that week, in which I understood, but Sean the store manage, I guess, called me on Saturday, but I was unavailable, so when I got the message I called him back, of course he were supposed to call me back, but as of today I still have not received a callback from him. I have a payment coming up on this Friday July 21, 2023, so I am thinking they going to try to call me if I don't make the payment. However, I will not be making the payment, for I told them I was not happy with the bedroom suite and advised to come and get. It is not my fault they didn't have a time available nor no one every called me back, I was even willing to swap out the bedroom suite for a 70 inch TV stand!

This store would be great if they had a different store manager, I have a problem every time I call this store . I leave 4 and 5 message at a time and I never hear back I have to call back multiple times to get the manger on the phone . Anytime I call to change my product there is always an issue . When your talking to the manager he puts the call on mute so he doesn’t have to listen to you and once your done he take the call off mute and says “ I understand “ after everything you say . He never tried to find a solution to the problem you’re calling about . I have even spoken to corporate and they have done anything to resolve any of my issues thus far

Complete highway robbery. I have been a customer for years, and I was disturbed when I went to pay my bill this past Friday and was told $394. I was late paying the bill and was fully aware of that, but from what I understood the late fee was $5 /day. When I asked the rep to break it down and if the late fee had increased, she stated that it had not but because Aaron's had already paid the bank, that I (the customer) was paying the bank late fees to the bank!!! That had never been explained to me and Sean and anyone else should have told me and should tell others who are leasing/purchasing furniture from that store that pertinent information otherwise that's being dishonest. That means I was being charged 17.38/day for 8 days which is $139. That's a whole payment for something else. The rep wasn't honest that the late fee had increased. I will not be giving Aaron's anymore business.

It hurts to even give this place one star. These people are the worst at dealing with customer service. All they do is give you the runaround, telling you their manager is going to call you, or their manager is going to do this or that. However the manager is never around like he/she doesn't even exist. I've already paid off an entire TV from them within a month or two of starting a lease and currently have two leases with them on TVs. I just within the month started a new lease with the element TV that within a week or two of getting completely shut out. I went to plug it in and heard some type of click and all of a sudden nothing happens. So I give them a call, granted this is the very same day I made my first payment on the TV I was told someone would come and look at it in the next day or two. Finally today someone came to look at it spent 2 minutes looking at the TV then told me he would have a manager call me and that they would bring a replacement TV while they have this one repaired. That was almost 7 hours ago. I called just now and was told it could be anywhere from 48 hours before I heard anything from a manager. Because" their manager is busy and doing deliveries"well if that's the case then it sounds like you need to hire a new manager because the manager you have now is doing the work of a regular employee and not being a manager and managing his customers. This is unacceptable to be paying weekly for a TV that didn't even work for a month

Do not go shopping for furniture at the Aaron's on w. Gate City Blvd the managers are rude they have poor customer service they talk nasty to the customers they have no common decency towards people.
