On two occasions I went in and had bad experiences with the manager of the store. I asked if they would please use their OBD reader to tell me what my check engine light was reading. The lady was pretty snippy, and unfriendly. She was unable to find the port in my car and was unsuccessful. Regardless I tried to be nice to her.I then came back the next morning for a different issue with another vehicle and she was outside smoking. It was a couple minutes before opening, but just her tone and demeanor really wasn’t kindness.Not sure what the case, maybe she was having a bad week but it created a bad experience.I would still return to the store so that is why I give a 3-star review. They do have good quality products and I’m all about second chances.

Employees were extremely knowledgeable of the product and services that were required for my vehicle. And the atmosphere was set for professionalism

Great service. Diagnosed a bad battery and got it changed and out the door in 20 minutes.

I got great customer service from an employee name Nicholas. He was very prompt to come test my battery and explained everything to me. He was very professional when putting my battery in. He took the extra time to clean the corrosion off my battery cables before installing the new battery. Had gotten horrible service the day before at auto zone on Meadowview so I’m glad I drove away and came here!

I went today to get my battery inspected, and the staff at this location were very helpful to find the right battery to be installed in my car. I would like to give a shout out to Jay for taking the time to answer all of my questions while he was installing my battery. We have been long customers at this location and plan to keep going there.

Not really impressed by this location. We are an all Toyota household and I was looking for some pink antifreeze. I walk in the store and was greeted by an older gentleman with a beard. I asked where the antifreeze was and he pointed me to the rack at the front store. When I asked where the pink stuff was he said that the generic premix would work. Ever curious, I put everything back and went out to my car to see if I could find the required antifreeze. Sure enough the website revealed that this location had it in stock. So, annoyed, I walked back into the store and showed the item to a different associate (on my phone) who confirmed with me that I did indeed need this. Apparently, it is located out of reach in their stock area behind the counter. I was rung up and got on my way. I think the first associate missed an opportunity to sell me what I needed by asking me something about the vehicle I was buying for. In spite of him, I got what I needed. Not sure if I'll return in the future.

Yes I went there to get oil for my car and my truck and got two filters I trust that they have the best anywhere I trust them and the lady was very good she helped me a lot.

I called for my curbside pick up and the guy sounded confused. Then he found my part only to forget to bring it out to me. When I finally went inside I didn't see him for a minute. I told him why I was there and he responded with "oh yeah". Then he had no clue how to put my windshield wiper on.

I was super impressed how helpful the staff was. I was able to get in and out quickly and easily. Nicholas went out of his way to make sure that I was getting the correct battery for my car. He even double checked to make sure my current battery wasn't still under warranty before I made a purchase. I'll definitely return here the next time I need something for my car.

After many years and 2 batteries for my LaCrosse, I will no longer go to this store since they were for the first time unable to install the battery I bought from them (which I returned). My favorite Advance Auto store is now on Pisgah Church Rd. The people there are nice and helpful and installed the battery with no problem.
