I was honestly expecting more.I bought a wallet online and did the pickup instore. Look at how mistreated this item is ?♀️ it's supposed to be a gift for my husband, but it looks so GHETTO. It looks like I got it from a swap meet or something. How can I give this as a gift? Wow.I would NOT recommend this ALDO.

Ask for a brand new shoes that has not been worn or displayed. Was told to order the shoes and somehow I still ended up with an display shoe. I payed brand new money I expect brand new material

I do not like this store at all. The employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. I had bought 3 pairs of shoes and after one day they were ruined. I work in a hospital so I don't do much so they basically were ruined out of the box.

Shout out to Jean Claude manager at Aldo Shoes, Four Seasons Mall, Greensboro NC for AWESOME customer service and patience with a smile when my smart phone got stuck on stupid and wouldn't work . Thanks for making my son a very happy customer. The search for the Chelsea boots is finally OVER. Amazing Grace. I finally received the email with the code see you next Saturday

Wish I could give this store 0 stars, but I love their selection. Jean Claude is very rude, and petty. Feels as if he has little experience as a store manager. Poor customer service. Same people day in and day out. Will not be returning. Doing all my Aldo shopping in Raleigh from now on.
