I don’t recommend this location, my parents bought me a $200 giftcard for Christmas that does not work. The store has been giving us the run around for over two weeks with no solution. I ended up having to mark the charge as fraud with my bank to get the money back. Poor customer service for such an expensive store.

Beautiful store , however staff was very unfriendly, yet kissing up to a certain few. I had planned to buy several outfits but decided to take my business elsewhere. When I intend to spend several thousand I expect to be acknowledged. Beautiful store .

Attempted to get help at Friendly Center Anthro in Greensboro. Staff enjoys chit chattin with each other but can’t focus on actually helping a customer for love nor money. Apparently greeting customers as they come in is the extent of their training.

Had a return for my wife that was purchased in July before they changed their return policy to 30 days starting August 1. I politely asked that they give me a refund to my credit card sincethe purchase was made prior to the policy change but cashier refused and said I could only get store credit. I asked again if there was another option but the cashier was unyielding. Sad that this is a place that only cares about money and not you.

Staff here are not friendly. The clothes are very pretty and I love the home decor. The window displays are always fun to look at and the store decorations feel magical around the holidays

Yesterday I bought a shawl in Greensboro, NC, Anthropologie. Not cheap. Watched cashier firmly touch lining as if she was looking for goods I might I have stashed inside. It was my second visit to an Anthropologie in 72 hours. Had only been to one in another state. Total spent: just under $300. Not a lot of money. Not a little either. Irony: on the table near the cashier was a copy of Amanda Gorman's inaugural poems. It's so sad. The performative nature of being "woke." We rush to look like we care about "others" via brown and black faces (even plus size faces of any shade) in catalogs. Then we put the likes of this cashier (and others. Let's not start with a manager in the Anthropologie in Birmingham, Alabama, a few years back) behind the counter. What is the point? "When day comes we ask ourselves,where can we find light in this never-ending shade?The loss we carry,a sea we must wade.We've braved the belly of the beast..."- A. Gorman PS I have given up on complaining to higher ups When I complained about Birmingham AL, the headquarters for this brand in NC sent me to manager in Birmingham, MI. I think I am finally tired of this company. Race is not the issue. It's just total cluelessness. I said goodbye to another brand years ago and watched it go under a few years back. Perhaps the same will be true of Anthro. As Solange says, "Baby I know you're tiredKnow I'm tired."

Anthropologie always had cute styles, they don't all work for me...price, age and my curves, but there are good things to be found. I like that I get real help from the sales staff - recommendations and opinions.

The customer service and company is the WORST I have ever encountered. I have been a long time customer with the company and have always loved the outfits and products but I will no longer be shopping with anthropology. I ordered a jacket and received a confirmation email that my order was processed. Four days later I get another email saying the company cancelled my order because the jacket was out of stock. I called customer service to see why my order was processed if the item was in fact out of stock. My customer service representative, Na‘Jya, was short with me and told me that the item was out of stock that was all she would say over and over. I wanted to know why I could purchase the item and have it processed if it was out of stock. Then she wanted to know if I wanted to make another purchase. Why on earth would I ever want to purchase another item from this company? It could be out of stock...again! This jacket was the first nice thing I’ve done for myself in a while, I was very excited for it to come in. Now I am completely disappointed.
