“Great experience at the village lofts. The new amenities are fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole apartment complex was very clean as well.”
“Have been here a year now and have no reason to complain. Great location and they offer many community meet ups and events if that’s what you’re looking for! Maintenance staff is on their game and fixed both of my inquiries the day of and stayed until they confirmed everything was good to go. You may have to look into paying a small monthly fee for parking if you are one to come and go at uncommon hours. Other than that, Dawn and her team have made it a place people are proud to call home!”
“Have been living here over a year, the office staff has always been kind and friendly. Andrea is always available if I have any issues and her attitude is always positive and willing to help. Maintenance addresses issues same day!”

“Ashley Oaks Apartments are an all around great place to live. The office staff are amazing and extremely helpful. They always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Maintenance is friendly, courteous, and know how to do their job. The apartments are affordable. The complex is very clean and the outside grounds look great. The apartments themselves are very nice. They are spacious with very nice walls, floors, and appliances. Ashley Oaks lives up to their “Welcome Home” motto because they make you feel right at home.”
“Clean, affordable, and great if you’re moving off campus. The apartment complex is decent and the rooms are a good size. Clarke is the property manager and she does a great trying to help everyone as much as she can. She will work with you if you are late on your rent and she is professional. Lived here for a year and have had few minor problems.”

“I moved here to Stoneybrook back in April of this year. Courtney and sheila down to earth. Very nice. The pics are my actual apartment before I moved in. One of the best things I like about living here, is that it is very very quiet. I laugh to myself because these people have dogs (I've never been one to live where dogs are). They bark!! Lol. I work 3rd shift. But, even the dogs are quiet!!! It almost seems like everyone is in and relaxed by 9!! Its amazing. One downside: Mold has been on my kitchen cabinets for months. Finally, after the 5th visit and attempt to remove it, he decides to do what I felt should've been done which is replace the cabinets. Better late than never! Other than that, you will find yourself very pleased with Stoneybrook and its staff.”

“I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these 3 ladies if you ever need to be serviced!As a new student being introduced into the apartment life, I had trouble navigating through the system. They were problems caused by the system and I ended up having problems with my application.Denisa & Micaela (who I spoke to over the phone) were an amazing and very patient. I had to call back numerous of times and each time I called, they helped me tremendously!!Tabitha: who I encountered with in person was so patient!! The situation I had was very stressful and each of these 3 ladies did not mind helping me at all. The environment and atmosphere was amazing! Everything about my experience here was beautiful. I cannot wait to move here!”
