“My girlfriend and I really love it here. We’ve been here since late July 2025. There have been multiple small community events that unfortunately I was either working during or asleep for work the next doing but I would’ve loved to have been there. We have a 2 bed 2 bath unit, I can’t remember the name of the unit but it has the hallway from the main bedroom to the main bathroom. There are some very small issues we have, such as light in the kitchen flicking, master bathroom toilet doesn’t flush well and the wax
Seal is corroding. None of these are super bad to deal with, we notified them during their walk through which seem to be every few months. We have seen one roach since moving in… we killed it and they were here in what seemed like the next day to spray. I just can’t remember it’s been a while. Haven’t seen anything since knock on wood. The pool area is beautiful and they have two gas grills you can use. I don’t utilize the gym but I have tried to get into the habit and for me it’s not a bad setup but I imagine if you’re really into the gym life it may lack some qualities you’re looking for. The walls are pretty thick, I rarely hear my neighbors and outside noise. The fire dept being right across the road had me worried but I barely notice it. They had a breakfast this morning for residents free at the office. I was already gone though and my girlfriend was coming in from night shift and didn’t even notice them really but it’s nice to know they did that. I would definitely recommend it and fully intend to renew my lease at the end of it.”
“Overall good experience while living here the past 2 years. There are laundry centers, pools, a small gym, and plenty of parking. Maintenance comes within a day and the office ladies are fairly nice. Some residents are inconsiderate of others but that happens anywhere you live.”
“Clean, affordable, and great if you’re moving off campus. The apartment complex is decent and the rooms are a good size. Clarke is the property manager and she does a great trying to help everyone as much as she can. She will work with you if you are late on your rent and she is professional. Lived here for a year and have had few minor problems.”
“Ashley Oaks Apartments are an all around great place to live. The office staff are amazing and extremely helpful. They always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Maintenance is friendly, courteous, and know how to do their job. The apartments are affordable. The complex is very clean and the outside grounds look great. The apartments themselves are very nice. They are spacious with very nice walls, floors, and appliances. Ashley Oaks lives up to their “Welcome Home” motto because they make you feel right at home.”
“I moved here to Stoneybrook back in April of this year. Courtney and sheila down to earth. Very nice. The pics are my actual apartment before I moved in. One of the best things I like about living here, is that it is very very quiet. I laugh to myself because these people have dogs (I've never been one to live where dogs are). They bark!! Lol. I work 3rd shift. But, even the dogs are quiet!!! It almost seems like everyone is in and relaxed by 9!! Its amazing. One downside: Mold has been on my kitchen cabinets for months. Finally, after the 5th visit and attempt to remove it, he decides to do what I felt should've been done which is replace the cabinets. Better late than never! Other than that, you will find yourself very pleased with Stoneybrook and its staff.”

She made touring, applying, getting everything together I needed, and moving in so easy. The few small problems i've had she has always been incredibly responsive and got things figured out for me! “I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these 3 ladies if you ever need to be serviced!As a new student being introduced into the apartment life, I had trouble navigating through the system. They were problems caused by the system and I ended up having problems with my application.Denisa & Micaela (who I spoke to over the phone) were an amazing and very patient. I had to call back numerous of times and each time I called, they helped me tremendously!!Tabitha: who I encountered with in person was so patient!! The situation I had was very stressful and each of these 3 ladies did not mind helping me at all. The environment and atmosphere was amazing! Everything about my experience here was beautiful. I cannot wait to move here!”
