The Manager Evan customer service was very distasteful, he wasn’t helpful at all, this isn’t my first encounter with him but I thought he was having an off day as we all do from time to time. Today as I shopped and asked questions about their products he wasn’t knowledgeable or helpful at all!!! My shopping experience was a thumbs down today!

Great selection of merchandise. Prices are fair for the most part. Store often looks in disarray due to the volume of merchandise and customers.

I purchased cushions for outdoor patio furniture. In less than 6 months they were basically flat, offering no cushion. I contacted customer support and they were unwilling to offer me a full refund. BUYER BEWARE. This company sells junk, and it's not inexpensive. I thought what I was buying would be quality because it was over $400 for cushions. Unfortunately I threw away the 15 year old cushions which I could have recovered.
UPDATE: At Home responded below asking me to contact customer support. I already contacted customer support without proper resolution (a full refund), which is why I created the negative review- to warn the general public.

Bought an outdoor rug for the deck. It had a defect, and I had to take it back. The manager helped me get it back in the store, then let me roll out a new one to make sure it was OK before I took it home. Then she rerolled it, tied it up, carried it out, and loaded it into the pick-up truck.
