I sent an email that was requested by AT&T so we would get what we were promised by Chris Jones. It’s been days since I sent the emailed to at&t and I have yet to receive anything. Brennon left the initial 1 star review a week ago and AT&T responded and said email us (which I did sent account name, store address, and affected number) and here I am because one again AT&T business seems to be still in business due to false promises.

Chris Jones lied to my friend and offered him gift cards to sell them a bunch of stuff. I was planning on switching to AT&T for the deal on iPhone 15’s but ultimately decided to stay with Verizon because of this experience with a district manager. Sad and pathetic that district managers lie to customers

Chris Jones is a district manager for AT&T in a bunch of triad area stores. He promised us gift cards and lied. Lied several times through the process and tried to backtrack when he was called out. DONT DEAL WITH CHRIS JONES OR AT&T

I went into Verizon because I lost my phone. They were NO help so I decided to go to AT&T. They were Awesome. Great caring customer service. He even went ahead and beyond to help me keep my same phone number. Best experience I’ve had in a long time during a very stressful time for me. GREAT JOB!

Carrie is excellent! We received a replacement phone and no clear instructions about transferring info from the old phone. Carrie took care of everything including packing up the old phone for it’s return. She’s truly a professional and represents AT&T very well.

Called Severtimes they answered then they hung up on me couldn't help me with my bill and they were rude as I'll get out I will never go back nor will I ever call the store again

Jacquel was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the products. He was relatable and kind. He got me set up with a new account, informed me about the educators discount, and was overall a wonder rep to do business with. Anyone going to that location will have excellent service and a wonderful customer service experience.

My bill went from 140 a month to 400 a month!!!!!!!!!! I said "NO" 5 times when offered watches... finally gave in so they'd shut up. Simple upgrade/trade from iphone 11 to 13. Signature forged!!!! This place is a joke. Been on the phone over 2 hours with at&t and finally getting this escalated to higher management. Been with them over 15 years.... just lost a customer! Will be contacting a lawyer about this fyi.

Did a trade in deal for a new phone. They give you 30 days to transfer everything. I called the store 2 days before my expiration because I have a ton of crypto wallets and was worried I missed somthing so I called the store. One of the store associates told me a few extra days wouldn't be a big deal. So I tried to turn it in 3 days after the expiration date. I was told I couldn't and got stuck with the full bill with no credit. I called customer service and spoke to about 6 different people over several hours. All of them told me the store associate shouldn't have done that.They didn't care that I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have spent over 25k with them. I'll be leaving as soon as I can. They will get their money for the phone but my service and loyalty is gone. So you'll lose 25k over a the next decade to get your 1k now.

Wow . I am so excited to be able to do this. Carrie is so special. She has helped me with my mobile needs and I am delighted to have her do all the things that will make my AT&T experience continue to be the best. I also observed that not only was she quite helpful for me, she was the same way with all of her other customers. She is the best and will continue to be an asset for AT&T. Lewis Jones 2/18/2022!!

They were excellent! Both reps and the manager Chris that just so happened to b at the store! They went above and beyond! They got the job done in a timely manner! They were concerned and compassionate about my situation! I give all 3 of them ??????
