It is such a pleasure currently when someone in the Service Industry maintains their professionalism and goes beyond the call of duty without being asked. Leigh Dillard fits this bill as I had a windshield issue 10/24/22 after just having the windshield replaced ten days past. I was told by the replacement company at 3:00; Well our agent is done for the day and he will call you tomorrow at 9:00 to possibly work you into his two hour window. This was after the individual mentioned that Thursday 10/27/22 might work for themInteresting as I like, I am sure Leigh carry work home every night till at least 7 and field calls most of the time. Without going further Leigh made a few calls and had the repair gentleman at my residence by 4:30 10/24/22.
