I am pleased to share my review of working with Lana from Bank of America. Lana proved herself to be a professional in her field and was always ready to help.From the very beginning of our interaction, Lana demonstrated a deep understanding of banking services and demonstrated a high level of competence. She was able to explain complex financial concepts and processes with clarity and patience, which helped me make informed decisions regarding my financial needs.What particularly impressed me about Lana's work was her willingness to help in any situation. Whether I had questions about my account, credit, or other banking services, Lana was available and willing to help. She always answered my questions quickly and showed a real interest in my needs and goals.In addition, Lana was very friendly and empathetic. She created an atmosphere of trust and comfort that made my experience with Bank of America even more enjoyable. I always felt like my best interests came first and that Lana truly wanted to help me achieve financial success.Overall, my experience with Lana from Bank of America was very positive. She is a professional in her field and is always ready to help.

Worst experience of my life. Went in to cash a check that THEY sent to me and was accused of fraud just simply by my appearance. The “manager” that works in the cubicle in the very back to the right, took up to 5-8 minutes to check if it was fake. He then approached me in a lobby full of people and demanded I leave and told me my check was fake. I had to plead with him check again while being humiliated and crying. Once he finally decided to check, he took less than 2 minutes to tell me it was real and went to get my money. I did report this but I feel as if it is my duty to warn other people who look like me. Be VERY careful here, they are playing a dangerous racist game. No one deserves to be profiled in a bank and accused of something as serious as criminal allegations…. Be safe here you guys! I know other people who also felt profiled at this bank with this same man. This is not the bank for black Americans.. do better bank of AMERICA

Terrible bank, and this is coming from a 20+ year customer. I had a bad experience yesterday, as well as a reoccuring problem with a teller. It is the lady who speaks with the Russian type accent. Every single time that I come in there she causes chaos trying to explain something to me or another customer and making absolutely no sense. All I was trying to do was pay my credit card bill and apparently you cannot do that with a debit card, only cash or check (i had to learn that from a banker). She always seems confused about something and does a terrible job explaining anything to people. I finally had to abruptly ask for my card back and literally tell her i could not understand what she was saying. I reported the incident to two other employees including a banker and they were not very sympathetic or helpful to be honest. You have basically lost a longtime customer because I am tired of this type of bad and unfriendly service, as its not being dealt with as far as I can tell. To also couple with the fact that BOA charges a stupid $12 maintenance fee on checking accounts, I am finally done with this place. I let it go to long truthfully. As soon as we pay off our credit card we are gone for good. You lost a good customer. I hope you care, but I doubt you do.

Never heard of a bank not opening until 10 am on a weekday . How do you manage to still provide customer service if people have to wait until ten to come in ? Most people prefer to come early so they can get to work . This seems crazy !

If I could give five stars for my favorite two tellers that I’ve been going to for YEARS, I would.However, the manager (guy with the spikey hair or whatever he wants to call it) this guy is is RUDE AND RACIST . I feel profiled each time I see him. I’m guessing he is not used people that look like me have MONEY. He literally will stand behind the teller each time I come in to watch and see my account. He does this everytime. I also hear how he talk to certain customers and it’s RUDE. He will act like he’s going to help the teller , but he’s actually going to be nosey . I literally go to the same two tellers everytime because I don’t like different people in my account . Simple. It’s my money and it’s my preference.Today put the icing on the cake when I did a cash advance and he asked the teller (after he seen me put my pin in) did it go through ? I literally said to him, of course it did…. Like what? This is how I know he’s been watching me since I came in. I will be contacting someone higher up to further discuss his prejudice behavior.However, as I previously stated, the tellers here do an amazing job!!

Absolutely worst bank to bank with I will be taking my business elsewhere. Recently I opened up an account with Bank of America because they are statewide. I deposited a check into my account and I was told by the teller I would have some money available that day and that it would take 3 days to process. Guess what? I was lied to absolutely no money was deposited that day AND they held all of my funds so I was unable to pay my bills. I took a look at my bank account and it informed me that I was getting my deposit on March 22nd THAT IS 2 WEEKS LATER after making my deposit. I call they customer service to try and figure it out and she basically told me that there is absolutely nothing they can do and that basically too bad for me. LUCKILY I did have another bank account from another bank with funds so I was able to get things payed that day. Since then I have switched to Truist and they actually care about there customers!

Arrived around 3:40 to get added to my husbands account. Christina Garnes was a charm! She was professional polite and persistent in getting us taken care of. Regretfully the closing manager left for the day and we had a hiccup with the address. She was able to call Scott King who drove over from another branch to get what was needed done with the system. I was amazed at their team work. When I was expecting to be told come back tomorrow these BOA associations went above and beyond! I am truly pleased and more staff like this is needed.Please appreciate your wonderful workers while you can BOA , they are leadership material indeed!!! Who does that you say ????Mr. Scott King that’s who, just amazing and it was Valentine’s Day lol I can vouch for his sweetheart he was working ?! Thank you Christina Garnes you will definitely go far !

I visited two times to this branch in this week but every time they asked me to wait and then finally informed to come tomorrow. They said they don't have right people to assist at the time.

I will be finding a new bank ASAP. I’ve given BOA more chances than it deserves. From poor corporate customer service to wishy washy help at this branch you’re better off going elsewhere. Don’t tell me that something can’t be done when it’s been done for the last 6 months or more with no problem. If it’s a corporate change fine. If it shouldn’t have been done in the first place tell me that too. Being shady or trying to back peddle will earn you no respect.

We have both personal and business acts with BOA. To me this branch is the best in Greensboro. I've never had to wait for a long period of time and everyone there has always been helpful and friendly.

I have only had good experiences with the tellers and employees here, but I blame corporate for the ridiculous wait times. I have been in line for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me! I drove around and the line inside is to the door too. The employees are great, but like so many places, they are severely understaffed. That creates stress for customers and employees!
