Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Yes, twice I've placed an online order for pick up. I get an order confirmation email. Two hours later I get an email and a text saying the order is ready for pick up. One hour later, I get another text saying it's ready for pick up. I go to the store at lunch. They have no idea what I'm talking about. Then they find the order. Fine, I'll come back after work and pick it up. Five hours later, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. This has happened twice now. I like the products, but even though this location is convenient, I won't be going there again.

Great customer service. They were friendly and treated you upon arrival. Offering any assistance that you need.I had purposely driven there from another city because I knew my local store would have been over crowded.

They email twice today, @order online and pick up in store” is a joke. They are very well staffed, very nice but my order still isn’t ready over 3 hours later. Do not waste your valuable time shopping online to pick up. The manager wanted me to shop it myself then wait in the long line. Excuse me but what did I shop online at all???? Oh! To top it off they were out of the first 8 items and refused to switch it out “have to cancel the order” ?. They don’t tell you they are out of stock and then it’s too late to cancel your order through the online chat bot. So their idea of good customer service is waste your time online, then shop for yourself, then wait in line with the folks who just walked in. A total joke. The manager could have corrected my order and handled the transaction without forcing into the back of line. She could have but refused. Horrible customer service.

Ordered online because I got some coupons in the mail. Easy to order and use the coupon. I got a free full size body spray! Easy pick up. A sweet young lady greeted me at the door and directed me where to pick up my order. Nice vibe there. Employees were very helpful. I'll be back.

Just hate it when they discontinue something that has been my daughter's favorite for years. Had mostly holiday fragrances. Picked up on special 3 for 3. Good deal. Very long lines seems lunch time a very busy time of day to shop.

Store is always clean, well stocked, amply employed, with frequent sales. I appreciated that they offer testers of their various products so you can sample a scent before buying. I do appreciate the My Rewards program and the coupons that come in the mail for free products and percentage off. Customer is always excellent and they do go above & beyond to make your shopping experience a great one.

The store was neat and property staffed, which was nice considering that most places aren't anymore. I went in trying to find a specific scent and they helped me find what I was looking for. I loved all of the fall scents and decorations that they had out. Well laid out!

One of my stores I frequent quite a bit. I love the semi clearance sale when they have it. Go during the week and you will not have to wait in line. The weekends tend to be a bit crazy there. Love the specials they have each week.

I made it a point to get myself some body lotions etc. Noone greeted me as they did with other customers. Noone asked if I needed help with anything. The store layout was confusing. Disappointed with the lack of customer service. The company loss revenue because of it. I walked away with nothing. Noone said anything to me like have a nice day or come again.
