I had a great customer service experience with Faith. She went above and beyond to correct a merchandise issues that occurred. Please give her the proper recognition she deserves she works hard and treats her customers right!!!!!!

The entire staff was so kind to me and my mom today! Everyone is so upbeat, friendly, smiling, conversationalist and knowledgeable. I wish every store was like this. Nice location too!

Unfortunately, tonight I had to witness an absolutely crazy woman mistreating the nice ladies that work here. I had to step in and tell the woman that I would not stand by and allow her to speak to the ladies the way she was. The ladies working here handled the woman with grace and professionalism that would make any business proud. I hope B&BW views these ladies as the asset they all are.
