I had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The staff’s service was impeccable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Special shoutout to Sonya for her wonderful hospitality! The spacious room struck the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. A solid 5 star experience !

A little updating neededRooms: Needs a updating. Otherwise TV TV volume was drowned out by heat/air. Volume would only go to 3/4 volume. I am hearing 8mpaired.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Front desk staff very helpful! Wyndham should shut down this property until they completely convert from a BEST WESTERN. Smell of smoke in lobby and elevators. Bathtub in our king suite was scary and so was the sofa. All soda machines in the building were out of order. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL - plenty of other choices in walking distance,

The rings were clean, didn't see much else because it was late when I got there.It was an emergency for me and Sonia made sure I had a room. I was very shaken up, by the time she got me checked in, I was feeling relaxed and safe. I would definitely go get again.

I made my reservation on 10/13 for two nights, this is for 10/16 checking out on 10/18. I was going on a business trip, The High Point Marketplace Fair.As a guest you think you are going to have your room all in place, I mean all working.Got to the hotel, presented my bank card and they provided the keys. Get to my room and there I find that the room was missing.lights, Called the front desk and reported the issue and they told me that they will make it and will replace the light bulbs.Next morning, I find that the coffee maker was not working and called the front desk, and she said that I should come to the cafeteria to have my coffee, Easy way to resolve it, that is not good.Now I have to get ready for my business meeting and need to take a shower, well, shower is not working, called again the front desk and reported the issue and they told me that I will have to wait until the Maintenace person shows up and I told them, I am on a business trip, they responded, sorry but you will have to wait and they hung up on me. (no apologies or good attitude at all). Went down to see if I can talk to the manager, it happens was not there, but the receptionist called him, and he talked to me.Listen to this, (Manager talking to me.):Listen, there is nothing I can do for you, check out by 11 Am and do not come back. Hung up on me.What kind of manager you have? is this acceptable?later on, he called me, and he said you are going to get a refund, and again hung up on me.Refund never got to my bank.I have reported him with his name Erick, he identified himself with that name. he was the manager on duty on Oct 17 in themorning.I advise you, to whoever reads this review to stay away from this location.Please, management, do something to gain a reputation.

I checked in Friday and was allowed to check in early. The staff was very accommodating. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely be going back.

Will never book here ever again. If you need an a late get away or have an emergency to where you have to stay at a hotel I would not recommend coming here. Their system was messed up and after waiting over an hour to be assisted (as a lady was trying to check in before me and had already been waiting forever ) the woman at the front had the worst attitude ever like she didn’t want to be there because she was having a hard time with the system. (Probably user error not technical). She then proceeded to say that I could not check in because I could not use my card because it kept saying declined even though the funds were there and instead of letting me try again she said there was nothing she could do and we couldn’t check In. (Mind you this is all happening at 2am so we’re tired and just wanted to check in and sleep) magically the same card they said declined and didn’t work worked just fine at the hotel we chose to stay at instead. Never again.

Room was amazing. Slept like a baby. The manager really helped me out in explaining anything I didn't understand. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The manager was really nice and saw the frustration and tiredness on the face and gave me a discount since it was a slow night. The place was nice, clean, friendly and breakfast was good. The only thing I didn't really like was the hanging out plus people constantly walking all time of the day and night in the area where the hotel is located besides that I would go back to stay place and staff were really nice and accommodating .Rooms: Nice, clean and spacious.Walkability: They do have food and shopping areas nearbyFood & drinks: Breakfast was good and beverages .

I am so emotionally destress right now. The worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. I made a reservation over the phone at 9:37pm. I explained to the receptionist that I get off work at 4am and asked if it would be possible to check in late because I didn't want to book and not be able to check in. The receptionist assured me that it was fine and that she would add a note so that I could check in at the time I needed to. When I got to the location the front desk clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said I didn't call her because I called the number online that was associated with that particular location on google. I even offered to show her the confirmation number the agent on the phone gave me. She refused to look at it and told me my reservation was cancelled after giving her my name. She did print out the paper but when I asked if I could look at it and check my information she refused to let me see it and instead tore it up in front of my face and told me no. I said but my reservation.... she said WHAT RESERVATION??? ITS CANCELLED YOU DON'T NEED TO SEE ANYTHING!!! When I asked her why she said I had gotten there too late and I never called HER. I offered to show her the number I had called as proof that it was for that location because she was accusing me of lying. She told me to call the number and see if her phone rang at the desk. She refused to believe me even after I put the call on speaker with the automated message for the hotel. She proceeded to ask me instead what was I not understanding several times as if I were stupid and was very argumentative even though I never gave her any attitude. She talked to me as if I were stupid and kept trying to instigate a problem though I was speaking calmly to her. Then she insisted on me speaking to the manager. So I did but when he sided with me her attitude changed. She also made a weird comment saying "Pretty", implying that the only reason he would side with me was based on my precieved appearance from our conversation over the phone. She then went to check me in but was shaking her head and sighing the whole time. And when she asked for my card I said I only had cash. She then said it's too early in the morning to be accepting cash and told me I would have to pay with a card. So I said okay that's fine and left. This whole thing was sounbelievable. I called to make a complaint in tears. Me and my kids literally had to sleep in the car this morning because of this whole ordeal.

No complaints. When we checked in around 9:30pm there was no one at the front desk and we had to call to get someone to come. Breakfast was what you expect at a Wyndham hotel. The pancake maker was broke, though. Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut (pictures included). Overall, clean, though. Great stay and would stay again, if in area.Rooms: Due to availability, we were in a handicap accessible room. We are not handicap, but they provided a shower chair that didn’t fit in the shower. The slip resistance on the shower floor also was very worn and didn’t prevent slips. I’d question if someone handicapped would be okay in the bathroom.

It was ok. Did not like the fact that it was basically one way in and one way out. There was no entrance to the side doors looked like they use to work as exits and entrances. A lot of people walking around the hotel. One asked me for a few dollars. Scared me!!Food & drinks: Easy to get food and drinks without having to travel out far.

This was one of the better hotels I've stayed in, much cleaner and better services than I expected for the price. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in town. Dog fee was $30/night during my stay.The room was very nice. It had a great tub -- with jets! -- and plenty of toiletries. The bed was comfortable and clean. I could not figure out how to work the coffee machine, but that was on me, not the staff here. Parking was easy. Breakfast was warm and tasty. This location was close to a bunch of great Vietnamese food and bakeries and to the arboretum which my dog and I visited on our way out of town.

Don't stay at this hotel ever!!! The location is very sketchy and unsafe. Locations is down a gloomy not well lite area with drug addicts walking all nite and sketchy females standing around flagging cars down! The rooms need updating the furniture is old floor was not swept properly pillowcase had someone else hair on it sheets had stains air conditioning is super horrible and you cant adjust the temperature. The only option was either hot or cold and the cold isn't cold at all.. stink bugs plus the room smelled like old wet carpet,! There charging over 150 a night for this dump. The breakfast made me sick to my stomach. Really wish I could give a zero star to this place . The staff and management are also very rude..sleep in your car before you stay here !!!!hotel needs new management snd a super overhaul. I saw a card saying teddy smith at front desk guess he's the manager ..the hotel needs to replace you teddy ,you are doing a horrible job ..won't ever stay there again and recommend that everyone should avoid this horrible place .. wish I could put several negative stare and hope franchise looks into this location and shut it Down. Thought it suppose to be nice but only persons not use to clean and welcoming environment has left good reviews . Truth be told run far far away from this place before you get a rash with no cure!Remember to check credit card after you leave because they also charge bogus charges to your card. Pay cash only at this place if you dare to risk staying there
