Your marketing department "messed up" as far as I am concerned. You still offer a FREE sausage biscuit if your do a survey, BUT you have added a requirement to purchase 2 other items in order to get that free biscuit. Really! That does not make it free. I don't generally want a side AND a 21 oz. drink, so you would be making me purchase something I didn't want to get a free biscuit. WRONG. I would be willing to purchase another biscuit in order to get a free one for a survey. You will see a drop in people willing to do a survey, unless they are dissatisfied. It's a shame because I love your biscuits but they are expensive and you don't ever offer any specials. Hard for us on fixed income.

At the Biscuitville in Archdale, NC. Was charged 25 cents for a cup for water. Understand it costs them but not 25 cents. Pretty sad state of affairs.

Called and whined that I needed a biscuitville near my location in Lenoir and I asked Santa for that. They called me back and told me that in fact my wish had come true that Santa is putting a biscuitville in hickory for me thank you for the call back and answering my Christmas prayers

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience and one that the City of Raleigh should shut this location of Biscuitville down. A GM took back an order that I had opened, breathed on, and found incorrect. I was given pork twice even though I had ordered turkey sausage. A representative called me while I was driving. The call was respectful. Later I learned that it was all a front. This is a horrible business. This location on Western Blvd. in Raleigh, NC should be closed in my opinion.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!Most Unprofessional staff ever! I returned a undercook sausage biscuit mind you I’m pregnant. I returned to Biscuitville (west market) to get my refund back during my lunch break! & I was told to “go to hell” how professional from a employee of Biscuitville! What was even more crazy was that there were 2 “managers” who did absolutely nothing! Terrible af! Worst experience! I definitely contacted corporate! Management sucks right along with that particular “employee”.

I won't even give this location a one star because we are at this restaurant ever Saturday morning before my hibby goes to work but from here on out we will longer be going there at the kocstion# 167 because what they don't tell you is that weather you use a credit card or debit they put a 20 percent hold on your card weather is be a debit card or credit for up 4 days before they refund the difference back into your card which they don't not tell you this I have been wondering why my hubby's checking account has been coming off on the amount that we thought was in the back at it is not and my husband is the only one working in our family cause I am disabled and do t have an income coming in no longer so my hubby has advised me that we will no longer be going to any restaurant that you have to use a credit card or debit card what so ever without using cash out my husband has told me that we won't be back to this restaurant cause we was not informed of this until I called out bank tonight this is so sad that they have to do this to any working or not working person cause this makes it look bad for any restaurant I will be calling the corporate office on Monday to complain in person by phone which this really suck s that any restaurant has to do this and this biscutville #167 has done this to us my husband says we won't be back this is awful that your restaurant has to do this and not tell you cause they don't wait on tou they don't refill tour drinks you the ciscusto does all this for there selves while in this restaurant and we have been going to this restaurant for 5 years now while living in Kernersville Nc but no mote per hubby's message cause he didn't know this either so this restaurant doesn't even get one star at all
