I only gave it a star to write this review! I will never go back to this store again, the man in the store is rude, doesn't explain anything, and acted very impatient! Not too mention I spent 100's of dollars getting myself a new phone and purchasing my daughter a phone as well. I've had my "NEW" phone alittle over 2weeks-- It has needed to be reset once already, I keep having to reset my camera to be able to use it & it keeps freezing on me. I was told today ( In a not so nice way) that there was nothing he can do I'd have to call the brand of my phone about an warranty!!! Not to mention he sold me a bummed SD card!! I got that replaced after some words were exchanged.. As to which he then said "I'll keep this and wipe it clean for you" and kept the packaging and tried to keep the computer insert as well.. So Yeah He got me!! Sold me a used phone and used SD card!!

They knew what they were doing. Blasting Eminem (quietly) also makes me wanna add extra points. She quickly switched my service to the new phone I'm using.
