Great Boost Store for your payments and shopping experience. They always inform me of my update status. The guy, Lewis, is knowledgeable and very helpful.

This location sold me a faulty charger and refused to refund my money. Apparently off brand chargers do not work on newer iPhone models but this was not disclosed at purchase. The worst part of the experience is that the employees were EXTREMELY RUDE and nonchalant, customer service is not their priority. They refused to fix this issue until I threatened to call the police when the simple solution was to exchange it for a working charger. Never again!

This particular location had two very pretty knowledgeable sales staff that helped me tremendously but not all of the Boost Mobile Outlet are armed with such wonderful salespeople
