Boost mobile wouldn't unlock my phone for I could transfer my number to another provider. I was with them for five years. I had to get a new number and that also means I have to change my number on marketing materials for my business. Boost mobile was rude and gave me a horrible experience with this. Would not recommend

I was not impressed with the customer service talking about the boost mobile store next to dominos and subway on Gate City Boulevard they ran a special for new customers sounded simple in the advertisement when Talked to the customer service person got complicatedI really find it irritating when businesses us false advertising to wrangle people I was just disappointed I didn't appreciate the double talk

I went to this store to ask for an iPhone 8 Plus. I wanted to change to Boost Mobile and I asked if I could see the phone and the lady who worked there was being really rude and told me she couldn’t show it to me. I asked her if I could see it from far away at least so I could see what I was going to buy but she told me that it was like any other phone with a screen and a rectangular shape. She made me feel like she thought I was going to steal it or something. When I went in to the store she yawned and acted like she didn’t want to work or like they were forcing her to work. I think they should be more polite. Almost all the time I go there they are really rude and don’t want to work.
