I recently broke my phone, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful. They guided me through the entire insurance process, even calling the insurance company on my behalf to make sure everything was sorted out. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. Once my new phone arrived in the mail, I returned to the store, and the team helped me transfer all my data, contacts, and apps over to the new device. I’m very grateful for their excellent customer service and highly recommend this location! Plus they usually have candy!

I had an amazing experience at the Boost Mobile store on Golden Gate. My phone was stolen at McDonald's, and I was locked out of my iCloud account. Thankfully, at the store they were incredibly helpful. Not only did he assist me in getting a new phone, but he also helped track my old one. Thanks to his quick actions, my stolen phone was eventually returned to me. They was fast, professional, and genuinely caring. I can't thank them enough for everything he did!

Since the management change about a year ago, this Boost Mobile store has consistently delivered excellent customer service. Every time I stop by to pay my bill, the staff greets me with a smile. Recently, I purchased a new iPhone 15, and Joshua went above and beyond to ensure all my information was seamlessly transferred. He also spent a lot of time walking me through the new features, as I was upgrading from an iPhone 7. This is a fantastic place to receive outstanding service!

Horrible store, horrible service. Sold me the wrong phone and wouldn't fix problem. Got a $75 phone and paid $200+ for it. Was supposed to have gotten celero 5g+(the newest style and got a celero 5g the old with half the power) all they did was argue with me and Tell me I was wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about.
