Got the lottery ticket I needed. Staff was not friendly at all. No. Hi. How are you. No. Thanks or any verbal acknowledgement. Just waited on me and on to the next. I didn't know a greeting cost anything these days. Not sure if I'll return again.

So watch out for the rude Mexican lady who is working this morning. She is on her phone speaking Spanish, using one hand to ring up, she will tell you the total, and then will be right back on her phone! Oh yeah shout out to the dude with the super charged Grand Jeep who's sound system was knocking, if that was a video shoot, he needs a better model! She had chicken little legs, and should have stayed in the whip!

I've avoided leaving a review for this place but had time today. I usually frequent the location for gas and snacks, however, I've avoided going inside the store several times due to the customer service I've received on multiple occasions. Today I encountered someone with whom I've had less than pleasant interactions, with a name tag that I believe to have read Amadu. It was a quick stop after a long day for gas and I hadn't anticipated having to enter the store but was having an issue at the pump. I've greeted the cashiers each time I approach the register and more often than not been ignored by them. I've been spoken to in a less than pleasant manner and the validity of my I.D. Is always questioned when purchasing tobacco products. I'm aware that I may appear younger and hardly ever leave home without my license. I have no issues presenting proper identification. I don't even feel the convenience of the location from my home is worth the stop for gas or anything else solely based on the demeanor of the employees, which in my opinion is unfortunate. Overall, the staff doesn't appear to enjoy interacting with customers, answering questions or being employed here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Traveling through the area from out of state overnight and my 4 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. They refused to unlock the bathroom for her to use it. Saying that they check the cameras and can get in trouble. No compassion for a CHILD needing to use the bathroom. Would rather have her pee herself or outside than to make an exception??? Disgusting. Absolutely horrible.

I will Never go back to this BP it’s the worst pumps didn’t work and yet no sign to say it was out of order until I walked inside the cashier had a bad attitude when I asked why there isn’t a sign on that pump. And why have a pay at the pump if you still walking in to get a receipt never have receipt paper at the pump poor customer service

The owners daughter gave me a hard time when I was simple trying to get a cup up ice with my own cup. I asked her why was there a charge with my own cup and she grabbed the rest of the things I was going to purchase and asked me not to come back to the store for simply asking a question. This store is on a Ghetto side of town which I don’t live on and was simply passing through. I spoke with the manager a day ago and asked her to address the situation and she said it was the owners daughter and he would be out of the country for a few months and she’s known for being spoiled and treating customers this way without him doing anything so there’s nothing she could do. Wow!!!!!! 3rd shift staff.
