THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Reserved my truck on November 20th with a moving date of December 9th. I get a call today, December 8th saying that they do not have a truck for me - none at all. They did not even offer to help me find other options. The girl was rude and she was chatting inappropriately with her co-worker while she was on the phone with me. Very unprofessional. Now I have to scramble to find another reservation with a very short notice. My advice - avoid this place if you can.

I reserved a truck with them, had a confirmation email sent with their address, and then the day before pick-up they changed the address to a store 20 minutes out without giving me a single call/email.

Professional staff, very helpful & very clean impressive trucks to rent for work... I've rented their trucks on several occasions and will continue to in the future.. unfortunately I can't think of the lady's name at the desk but she's awesome... And very attractive too!!! Chris Hall ?

Omg what a horrible location! Worst customer service I've ever seen. They will charge you for insurance when you don't need it and also will tell you that you didn't fully fill up the tank when you bring it back and charge you a fee, even though it's full!! Very bad.

No cruise control for my very long drive. Truck was absolutely filthy. Really disgusting, never been cleaned, it was nasty. They used wrong credit card. No thanks , I’ll stick with Penske

Terrible place. Impossible to get a hold of via phone. I went there to drop off my truck at 5:45p and they were locked up despite showing closing hours as 6pm on the door. I knocked on the doors and saw a backroom door move, but no response. I tried calling the next day to confirm dropoff, and could not get anybody from their local office. This place is a joke of a business

This location is HORRIBLE! The employees have no customer service whatsoever. Very ghetto & rude. They gave my mother a truck in HORRIBLE condition that they had no business giving her or anyone else. I literally had to buy a tire with my own money to make it safely. I called yesterday 7/29/21 about five different times. Not once did anybody pick up the phone. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as reporting their DOT # & also will be taking legal action! I DO NOT recommend this location or BUDGET period to ANYONE!

Absolute joke of a business. Reserved a truck online for a 12pm pick up for a long distance move, about a month in advance. Pulled in at 11:45 the day of pickup, and the doors were locked. When we tried to knock, Gary, who I believe runs this location, yelled back “we’re closed!”, even though we had a reservation, and the sign on the door said they close at 1pm. We were told that it was too bad that we had a reservation but they were closing at Noon( it still was not noon at this point, but the doors were locked). He let one more customer out of the back door, and closed the door in my face, leaving me without a truck, all after setting up a reservation with them online, which required me to give them my card info. Called customer service, and they said they couldn’t look up my reservation, no matter what information I could give them, name, confirmation number, nothing. Don’t bother with this place, call one of the local Uhaul dealers.

Do NOT waste your time with them. They're rude and make you buy insurance when online it says it's optional, then they wont let you pay with anything except a debit card when online it says they accept cash. I took my business to Uhaul and got a better deal.

***Consumer Be Aware***, I regret that I did not check the reviews to this location prior to selecting them as my drop off location.I rented a 16’ Truck and car hauler in AZ and drove over 2000Miles here to Greensboro NC and chose this location because it was closer to where I was staying. “Huge Mistake”. My advise to others would be to take Lots of Photos, just like I did, to include the fuel tank. I attempted to return the equipment a day early, this location closes at 6pm, I pulled into the parking lot at 5:53pm after fueling the truck directly next door at the shell gas station. I approached the front door to find it locked, walked around the side of the building to find the agent swiftly walking to her running vehicle out back, she instructed me to drop the Keys in the drop box which I did. The next day my bank alerted me that this location charged me a drop key fee and a fuel fee although I tried to return the vehicle during normal operating hours. Thank goodness for me I took lots of photos and shame on this location for trying to scam customers. And if a business posts hours, they should honor those hours and not bolt out the back door as soon as you see a customer approaching because you are closing soon! Also they NEVER answer the phone at this location, it always goes directly to the customer support hotline, you can never reach anyone at this location via telephone although the couple of times I’ve gone there they aren’t even busy! Never Ever again!

Worst experience ever. How complicated does a simple same-day truck rental have to be?I "reserved" a standard 16ft truck online on the Budget website almost a week ahead of time. I'd bring back the truck the same day. I used a suggested offer code from Budget and even estimated mileage. The estimated total comes to about $55, which I found was a bit better than their competitors prices. I have a reservation for exactly 8:00 when they open. I call up there before leaving the house to make sure we're good to go. Turns out, they don't have the truck we "reserved". What's the point of reserving a truck if Budget has no idea if the truck is there or not? And if they knew in the mean time, why not call me so I could know ahead of time?I call customer service who I had to call twice because the first employee apparently put me back into the phone menu instead of putting me on hold. The second employee said he put in an "escalation" to get me a new truck and promised a call within 20 minutes. It never comes. I get a call from the LOCAL Budget office now saying that they all of a sudden have a huge 26 ft truck that they can offer me, but because it's a little bigger, I have to make sure I'm covered by my insurance for the truck. I call my insurance agent ahead of time and add of coverage to make sure I'm covered explicitly for a rental of a truck for this size.When I get to the office, there's no one at the office. They all get back in a car together with food from Bojangles. It's now 10 a.m. Now it turns out that they call my insurance to ask if I have collision insurance on my PERSONAL vehicle. I explained that I just had added coverage explicitly for any damage and loss of use for a rental vehicle, but they said that wasn't enough and I NEEDED to get their insurance. I got the minimum, which was about $25. Now the cost is up to about $80, but I need to get this truck TODAY and it's now 11:00! 3 hours after my scheduled pickup! I put in all my information online where it claimed that it would make the pickup process quick and easy. Then why did he ask for all that information again in the office?! Why not make it clear that you need collision or else you are mandated to get their insurance?After all this hassle, I return the truck ahead of time only to get charged for THE FULL AMOUNT for a truck I never wanted that was offered to me only 2 hours after my scheduled pickup time! I was forced to sign for it which somehow came to $140 with the promise that they refund at least $40 on Monday when a manager is in. Dear God I wish I went with a competitor or hired a truck. Never again will I use Budget, especially at this location.
