The double whopper with cheese was good and the fries were hot and delicious the service was quick but yet the prices seemed a little higher for lunch.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I came in to dine in and stay for around 10 minutes, and no one even made eye contact, not saying please wait or that there was no service inside. Disappointed.

The drive -thru really takes long makes it really inconvenient, 3/16, at around 2:30pm 2:53pm also, the customer service is terrible. And why does BK have sundaes or any ice cream advertised when supposedly they’re machines are always down?! Martin Luther location and Gate City! doesn’t make any sense!

The girl running the register inside her name was April was very rude if she can't be nice to customers maybe she don't need to work in fast food and I can promise you one thing I will never stop at this Burger King again!!!!

Just wanted to give a quick review. Justin was extremely nice, helpful and dutiful. He worked hard to get my order up and ready even when I came in a few minutes till closing. He’s an efficient worker and a great person.

Ordered food through the mobile app. I ordered it to be picked up inside. When I arrived I parked my car and walked to the door just to find out the dining hall is locked up at 6:00pm. I entered the drive thru where I’m informed that they did not receive my order and they have no way to look it up. I proceeded to pull up to drive thru window to show them my order on mobile app in which they have no interest. I’m informed they can’t make the food or refund me. I was told my only option was to contact customer service on the app. The employees acted as if the app belongs to another company besides Burger King and they have no relationship. So I proceeded to contact customer service on app just to discover there is absolutely no way to talk with a human. I was told by a computer that I will be contacted within 48 hours. This is just robbery. If you’re going to have a mobile app that takes people’s money instantly then you need to provide means for refunds immediately when faults occur. Absolutely ridiculous.

It’s what you expect from a BK. One time got asked if I wanted ketchup on my burger. Said yes then I open the sandwich; no ketchup. Got a good laugh from that.
