I am extremely happy with the prompt service that I receive at Callahan's Auto Service. The customer service is exceptional! Diagnosis of the issue is prompt, the cost is quoted at the time of call and the car is fixed when promised. I can take my older car there anytime and in my case it has been a drop off after hours from a tow and my car has been taken care of the next day! Excellent excellent excellent service!

I always have a good experience at Callahan’s. The inspections and oil changes are quick, the work I’ve had done on my car is reasonably priced, and the staff has always been friendly. Definitely recommend this small local business!

Callahan’s is under new management, as it has been purchased by an employee, when the owner retired. Am excited to say it provides as great if not greater service now! A fantastic small business! I highly recommend! I trust them with my Jaguar, which should be an indication of how fabulous they are! Good luck to the new owners!

The BEST local mechanic shop in town! They have repaired several cars in my family over the years. The owner and staff are always friendly and truly provide top notch customer service!! Everyone is trustworthy and very knowledgable. High recommend using their service!!! 10/10.

The owner/manager was extremely rude and not professional at all. Would not recommend going here for any reason. I went in for an inspection with a volkswagen and they couldn't pass it which wasn't the problem. They said a piece was missing on my vehicle even though I know it wasn't missing then the owner started yelling at me for trying to figure out where the piece went.

Visited Greensboro and wound up needing a repair shop badly. Callahan's was recommended by a friend and had great reviews. They diagnosed my problem, replaced my alternator and had me back on the road in three hours. Fair price and quality work!

I feel so lucky to have found Callahan's! They're honest and genuinely kind. Yesterday, I had a very stressful experience when I took my car into a different place for an oil change. I was told my check engine light was on & repairs were necessary. I knew my check engine light had not been on when I brought the car in, so I asked them to return it. Based on all the great reviews, I took it to Callahan's today. The lovely people there found no problems with the car. I'm very appreciative of their honest, attentive work. I'm relieved and so happy to have found someone I trust. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Had a few items taken care of , fast, friendly etc. One of the items had a minor problem later on and it was a difficult one to fix. They took my car in 3 time until they could find the problem. They even called the manufacturer to find a solution. NO CHARGE.They simply WOULD NOT GIVE UP until they were 100% satisfied. That is what I call service.
