These people are all awesome! Used them for the second time for outpatient surgery transportation and the driver was right on time both times, very cheerful and considerate, the ride was great, everything about it could not have been better. If you ever need medical transport these are the people to call! ?

The gentleman they picked up my 88 year old mother in law was kind, and very concerned for her safety and comfort. I also used a wheelchair transport for my husband and that driver was also very kind. I would highly recommend them

I called to get a quote to take my mom to the doctors office the doctors office is 2.3 miles from my house they want $110 to drive her two miles. I have no idea how they are in business!

Today was the first time we needed to use a medical transport company. I was apprehensive and worried about the experience. I can't be more grateful and satisfied with the service we received from CJ Medical Transport. They were timely, professional and caring. Thank you so much to Laura the manager, Asia who scheduled our transport and Scott and James our drivers they were wonderful. We will we using this company for all our upcoming Dr. appointments.

If only every accessible support company model could be as bright and empathetic as ones like CJ transportation... my new body and new wheelchair felt a bit less paralyzed with their help today. And more loyal.

My parents needed to be transferred from one rehab facility in S.C. to another in N.C. It was a daunting task finding out how to do this. We talked to several companies and could not believe the exorbitant pricing. We found Laura at CJ Transport by accident while looking at another site. What a BLESSING that was! She was more concerned about us not getting price gouged than hiring her company to do the job. She gave me some tips on what to look & ask for when dealing with this type of situation. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable I knew her company was the one for us. We spoke several times..working out all the details. She only accepted payment after every possible scenario was discussed and planned out perfectly. Honestly . we paid 35% of what the BIGGER company was asking..but that wasn't even the best part. The drive team came down and met us..showed us the van and how it would be for our folks. What caring people! I can't say enough about Laura and the staff at CJ Transport. If anyone I know needed any kind of medical transportation or just a wheelchair equipped lift to the Drs office..I would recommend them completely. After all..they handled our parents just like they would have their own. ❤

I cannot think of anything but good to say about this company. Most recently they transported my mother to her granddaughter's wedding and when she realized that she felt strong enough to stay longer they worked with us and Mr. Melvin, our driver was so kind to wait while she visited with folks at the reception. All the drivers have been so kind and helpful . Every experience we have had with them has been good - so thankful for professional, courteous people who love their jobs .

We used them to help get my wife to an mri appointment. The driver was punctual, the process with my wheelchair bound wife was smooth and the ride and offloading was quick, safe and efficient. We had no trouble calling and getting a return ride home after the appointment. We have used this service since for other appointments and will use them in the future.

CJ's Medical Transportation has been ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! My husband broke his ankle in such a way that we can't transport him in our personal vehicle. He is also a dialysis patient, so transportation is LITERALLY vital to his life. We have arranged for him to be taken and picked up from dialysis 3 times a week, as well as to his doctor's appointments as he follows up with the orthopedic trauma surgeon. CJ's drivers have been professional, courteous and prompt! Even their office staff has been helpful and absolute angels during this challenging time for us. I can't thank them enough for everything they are to us!

You cannot count on this company. And when you are waiting with a family member for a return ride to the nursing home from a dr appt you call for a return ride you get a recording that tells you they close at 5:00. Well what about when it is 3:00, 4:30 and they should know they dropped you off and will need a ride back to you facility? This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks my mother in law has been left and both times I left multiple messages on your confusing answering service (during hrs you are supposedly operating). No one called me back either time after multiple messages. Luckily my mother in law was able to get into my vehicle and the nice man at Kernodle Clinic put her wheelchair in my car and luckily it fit. This service is Unacceptable!

They worked with us to get my loved one transported from one nursing home to another. Everyone was very nice, caring and professional. The driver was very nice and considerate. I would definitely use them in the future.

Arranged transportation for two medical appointments on two separate days. Both days the transportation arrived early and the drive was comfortable. On the return for the second appointment, the driver was waiting for us without having to call. I highly recommend their services.
