Some friends and I play DND here every Friday and it's always a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. A great place to play Magic as well.

I came in here to play magic with a friend and did just that. Very friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and a decent amount of room to play. The staff was also very knowledgeable about mtg rules and card effects. I will most definitely be returning whenever I have the chance.

I came in a tired, stressed, and OG nerdy geek. I didn't know if I wanted to delve into my past with all the beautiful things that I set aside from my youth that built up my imagination and gave me a foundation of moral beliefs/sound values. Life is rough as an adult. I was dressed as Wonder Woman, my favorite character, for Comic Day. But I was immediately welcomed and encouraged in a gentle way by the people at this shop. I felt like I could be myself there with them...and that was "okay". Soon my days were filled with anticipation in going to play DnD with people I made into new friends and they didn't just share time playing with me - they shared LIFE. I wasn't so alone. I then made time for things that made me happy again, and tried new gaming things like Magick the Gathering and collecting LOTR cards. As a newbie to new hobbies, the people at the shop were so helpful and shared their geeky love with me. I didn't feel bad not knowing as much as they did; they taught me what they knew. Anyone can go to a comic shop and find friendly people working and congregating there, but I honestly felt welcome and as if they were a sort of family, not just a business they take seriously. I sincerely wish for them to have prosperity, to remain a strong and fun presence in their community, and can't wait to see their shops spread through NC like wildfire one day. Wink, wink! Thank you to all you beautiful people down there committed to the shop and supportive of your customers (family). ❤️

Been going here for many years. Got introduced to many cool games, and have always had fun everytime I've gone to play. Great environment, friendly people, and fun times.

You will never be looking for another shop to play magic or DnD. I’ve been playing there since 2016 and the shop has always been friendly and the players are always welcoming. Come ready to play. We’ll trash talk and are some of the saltiest players you’ve ever met but you’ll never want to go anywhere else.

One of the better comic and card shops I've seen. People were actually friendly rather than totally ignoring newbies. That's a rare find. Bulk cards are reasonably priced, and we found a few things to build a new deck.

I’ve been to many comic book / gaming stores and this is by far the best store I’ve come across.The store owner Chris is so friendly and helpful, along with his staff.The store is very clean, bright and inviting.The selection is awesome!!!Whatever you may be looking for from comics, D&D, Manga, the Gathering etc…. they have it!This is the place to be!I appreciate the experience and I will be back! A must! You won’t be disappointed!
