My Lenovo laptop would not boot up and I kept getting a message that the automatic repair could not fix it. Took the laptop to CWNC expecting to have to leave it and pay for repair. Instead the tech guy told me how to fix it myself. I am computer illiterate and really did not understand what he was talking about, but I came back home and did what he said, and my laptop was fixed. He could have charged me for the repair but did not. I would highly recommend this place if you need computer repair

Professional repair service at a fair price. When my broken laptop came back from its first repair with an LCD issue it didn't have when it went in, they made it right with no questions or extra charges and returned it good as new. I'll definitely head back to Computer Warehouse the next time I need a laptop repaired.

I fully recognize that results may vary, but my experience with Computer Warehouse was A++My computer is my livelihood and when a sudden circumstance took it down, my heart was in my toes. Computer Warehouse got me back up and editing in three hours!!! And helped me create a solve so that issue won't happen again. 11/10 would bring my tech here anytime.

I took my computer in for a battery, and to also check out the charging cable input. I did not hear anything from them, until I was called to pick it up. I was told they repaired the casing., and when I asked what that was, she did not know. When I went to pick the computer up, there was no one that could explain to me what was fixed. There was the manager, Dan, who had no idea what I was talking about, nor did the two ladies that were there. They all admitted they knew nothing about computers. I was told that Tim was the one that worked on the computers, and he wasn't there, they did not know where he was, or when he would be there. I also had some questions about a facebook issue, and no one there knew what to do. They did not do the computers, only Tim. I waited over an hour, left and ran some errands, came back, and still no Tim. This company hires bodies that know absolutely nothing about computers, not even the manager. I left, and when I got home Tim called with the excuse of having a flat tire, but did not contact anyone to inform them. He told me he could help me with the facebook issue and to explain what repairs he did to my computer, if I could come back in the next day. We decided around 10 am. I arrived at 10:05, and guess what...no Tim, and the manager had no idea of where he was or when he would get there. I left after telling the manager, that they should not make appts with their customers if they weren't going to be there. He agreed, and made no other attempt to get in touch with Timor anything to explain what was going on. At 10:45, Tim called me and wanted to know if I was still in the area to come back to the store. I did not return and asked that my $80 be refunded, and not sure if that will happen. I have never seen a company that hires people that have no idea about the company they work for, especially a computer repair company. They have one supposedly repairman, that comes and goes as he pleases, and no accountability to no one, or concern for their customers A manager that doesn't manage nor knows anything about the business he manages. This is the most unprofessional, no knowledge of their products, company I have ever seen. There are too many legit computer businesses in this area, to have to deal with this place. Stay away from Computer Warehouse on Pomona Dr.

I just dropped off my laptop yesterday. I was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks before they could look at it. Something came up and I needed to pick it up. Well when I went to pick it up this morning, they already had taken it apart to look at it. Wow that's some good service. Can't wait to get my baby back.

I experienced a "stuck key" on my 9 month old laptop in early March 2020 which woud not let me enter text. Due to COVID-19, I couldn't get an appointment with Geek Squad or another local dealer. I was (fortunately) referred to Computer Warehouse and took my laptop to them. Within a day they diagnosed the problem and also informed me that since it was still under warauntee, a new keyboard would cost me nothing. They had it ready within a week and I have had no troublr with it since. The staff was friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them/5 stars.

They repaired a Lenovo Black Friday laptop for me that was under warranty. There was a parts delay from Lenovo due to COVID. Computer Warehouse communicated that to me and let me know they would fix it once the parts came in. I did have to make two trips to pick it up as the laptop was in some sort of test mode and needed to have a total restore done on it. I noticed this while in the store and gave it back to them. I blame this on the Lenovo being a inexpensive laptop that was using a hard drive built into the main board. I suspect the board was replaced to fix the battery issue.The people at Computer Warehouse fixed it quick considering everything was closed due to the pandemic. I would recommend them.

UPDATED REVIEW:I recently took my computer back in for a strange & hard-to-solve problem. Let me just say, Tim is the best! He figured out the solution & had my laptop working better than ever! Definitely recommend!Last review:My boyfriend submitted my computer here because my WiFi had stopped working. He says the staff was excellent and they diagnosed the issue with no problems at all. Now my computer is working effortlessly! I am completely satisfied, however, my boyfriend said he had to call a few times for them to tell him it was ready.

Have yet to have a good experience here. Tried calling for home network services and was told they don't do that, which is fine. They shared that they supply many local contractors with hardware and parts. After asking for a referral, I was told they wouldn't share any names because they didn't want to play favorites. We'd only lived in town for a few days and had no contacts. Very disappointing, and also a shame for contractors who do business with them and are missing referrals.Also stopped by their location recently to shop for some wireless equipment. The young lady working the front counter was very nice and needed to refer my question to the owner/manager. Instead of coming up front to chat, the gentleman simply shouted responses to the salesperson. No effort was made to chat with a potential, long-term client. Left the store, and likely won't be back.Special thanks to Intrex Computers for having product, consulting with a new client and for excellent customer service!

My Lenovo laptop dropped off the couch, and the monitor no longer worked correctly. I needed it urgently for work, so I called computer warehouse to see if they could fix it quickly. At their shop, they practiced safe distancing and even offered to diagnose the issue on the spot in case they could fix it while I waited. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it so quickly, but they offer expedited service to get it fixed that day. This was 3 months ago. My laptop has worked great ever since.
