Austin was great - on top of it, helpful, excellent people skills, and could instantly translate the indecipherable error message that popped up, looking like it had been written by aliens.
Got everything set up and transferred smoothly, and to my shock and amazement when I got home the thing just worked - seamlessly - with my wifi, password protected apps and devices - everything - jumping over to the new device like they were long-time friends.
Tech can be finicky. Having knowledgeable support makes all the difference, and Austin is a first-rate professional.

“I went there for the first time and it was around noon. There were many customers holding lap tops and older like me. There were as expected old person problems and the staff was very patient. I liked what I saw. Mine was a really heavy full tower computer that had boot up problems and shutting off for no reason. They said it would be a while for them to diagnose mine. I was fine because it had been acting up for a year but had gotten worse. I had a backup computer.
They called after a little over a week. Said they found the problem. It was an extension cable that had a break. Works like a charm and the guy there even unloaded and loaded it for me. Did I mention I was old so my back isn't too good anymore.
