This was my first time in this store. And it was nice for me. Everyone was nice and very helpful. To be honest I didnt know what i wanted when i went in it was more of a I have driven by this place for over 2 years and I never stopped in to see what it was. So i stop today just to see. They were amazing and helped me alot. At no time did i feel presured or rushed and it seemed like they were happy i was in their. You know most places make you feel like your bothering them when you go into the store. It was nice to feel welcome. I will be going back just as soon as I pay of my items. I hope i will get a highier limit next time lol.. In closing I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped me and put up with my kids running around.

So, bought a fridge from Conn's back in the fall. When it was delivered, it didn't work. Called, Conn's and they would not come pick it up. Wouldn't give me a replacement. They sent out a tech who told me a part would have to be ordered and it would be 2-3 weeks. Now when I purchased the fridge, the manager told me if anything went wrong, they would replace it the same day or next day at best. When I called him on that, he claimed he never said that. Fast forward to yesterday, went into the same location (hidden camera on my person) walked around, looked at the EXACT same fridge. This time I got the Asst Mgr and he gives me the exact same shtick. Busted. So now I will submit my recording to every consumer agency and news outlet that I can. Stay tuned...

I bought a stove with 12 months same as cash financing. I then tried to set up auto pay for $80 dollars a month so it would be paid off with no interest. I did this through their website. They only debited the minimum monthly payment. I sent an email and called. I was informed that you can only set up auto pay for the minimum amount! Why, so they can charge you 29% interest! I can make individual payments every month for $80 and get charged $3 to pay my bill! So they charge you money to pay them money? They lost any future business from me!

My husband and I were in the market for a new washer and dryer so we decided to check out Conns. We bought our current washer and dryer a few years ago & they were great but we decided we needed a bigger drum. Ely was our sells guy. Ely is very knowledgeable about all the products and if he was unsure of anything he found out right away. I can’t wait for our new set to arrive in a few days. Thank you so much Ely!
