We worked with Charity. She was AWESOME. She greeted my husband in the freezing cold and helped how she could. She accommodated him in helping for me to see the vehicle in another location. Honestly she just went above and beyond. Anytime you get a car the process can be long but with her there was no stress. She was super attentive to making sure our new suv was in tip top shape before we left her lot. We will recommend her as often as we can. Thanks Charity!! We truly appreciate your help and pray many blessings to yourself and family this holiday season.I must add we were disappointed with the service department. When you spend a good amount on a vehicle and no one is on the same page (in the service area)it can be frustrating. They should have loner cars in place when fixing up issues also. It was nothing major I may add that needed assistance but took the entire day with a morning appointment. This is no fault to Charity though. She did amazing communicating with the service department to get our needs met.-Kim and David

I am a JEEP GIRL!! Will only purchase from the dealership and will only be serviced by the dealership. 2 years with my Jeep. 2 years at this location. EVERYONE here is very nice. They really function as a team!! I was extremely impressed by what I saw on my last visit. They were extremely busy. Barely parking space in the service dept. Every man was in task. I saw a gentleman from finance come out and help put the protective paper in the vehicles. He was running from truck to truck in his dress clothes!! That’s not his job or dept but he came over to help! If they care about each other they care about you. Lastly Aaron is the best!! Efficient, honest, kind and knowledgeable. Patient to a fault!!! You can have 100 questions and he never makes you feel he is too busy to pay attention to you. This dealership deserves a diamond rating!! I will not go anyplace else..

They did us a solid with our promaster van after their repair tech had a woopsie. The old manager is gone, and Jb Ford is back!! So I expect to see a lot more 5 stars, and don't worry about the past reviews, new manager so it should be going back to 100% quality service :)Thanks so much guys! We appreciate it

I had the best experience, with my salesman big dog David hill he has been great throughout the process of getting me a new 2023 R/T. He listened to me and what I was looking for. He made sure I got the car I came for and in the price range. He did everything to push the envelope to get what I was looking for. I recommend everyone to go to him for a car. You will leave happy and satisfied.

Came in to Crown Dodge this morning and purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger. Everitt helped me with the purchase everything went smoothly. He made us feel good and excited about our purchase. Proud to be apart of the Crown Dodge family.

I had the best experience today. My sales lady Charity was excellent. She was so nice and sweet. She listened to me and what I was looking for. She made sure I got the car I came for and that I was happy. She made sure I understood everything about purchasing vehicle. Which you know some places will not explain things to you in full. I recommend everyone to come here for a car. You will leave happy and satisfied.

I was looking to get the "last call" charger before it was too late, and Alex helped me every step of the way. Alex was great and polite and never waisted my time. Alex explained everything satisfactory to me and answered any questions I had. I was hesitant to come here as my experience has not been great with formerly "Crown", but the new set of people have regained my trust and I hope to continue that postive experience.

Can't say enough good things about John Hunter and his team at Greensboro. We'd tried to get our Ram Promaster City van fixed at two other dealerships (it had an oil consumption issue) and we never could get the help we needed until breaking down in Greensboro. As fate would have it, it was the best place to break down because John took the time to listen to us, copy the 13 pages of reports we'd been through for a recall, and then helped us get a new engine in our van. We truly believe that had he not advocated for us with Ram itself, we would not have our van back and running. John was a great communicator, patient, honest, and trustworthy. Though we live about two hours away, we will be bringing our vehicle to him in the future because of his service. Thanks again for all of your help.

I've had several poor experiences here, but keep going back because I have a prepaid maintenance plan for the pre-owned Subaru I bought from them.A simple oil change and tire rotation always takes way longer than anywhere else I've had this done. They offer no rental car or shuttle service, so you're stuck sitting in their unpleasant lobby. They provide you no printout/record of what they've done. I realized at some point they were not following the recommended maintenance schedule & one of their managers rectified that (for which I was pleased). I called back after a recent oil change & tire rotation to ask the results of "multipoint inspection" so I'm aware of tire tread and condition of brake pads, rotors, windshield wipers, etc. The service tech I spoke with on phone was rude and unhelpful. He asked me who I worked with at my visit. I couldn't recall the person's name (he obviously didn't make a lasting impression). Phone guy said without that info, it was going to be hard for him to figure out what was done to my car. WHAT?!?He eventually found my vehicle info & said no problems were noted & I'd just need an alignment soon according to the maintenance schedule. He said no measurements were recorded re tires, brakes, etc. That's terrible service!Finally, I specifically asked them on this recent visit to check my tire pressures because I knew some of them were low. The following day I checked them myself and the 2 that were low remained low, so I went to Discount Tire to have them double check and inflate.Time to cut my losses.

Was looking at a Dodge Ram at this dealership in mid-late April. Put down $100 overnight deposit while i decided if i wanted to purchase. The finance manager kevin and the GM said it would be refundable if i decided i did not want the truck. I decided against the purchase for the time being. When i inquired the next week for the refund, was told the new finance manager was "too busy to process the refund." His name is Will, and i have walked into the dealership TWICE to speak with him about the refund. We are now sitting 3+ months since, and still no refund. He said the GM needs to sign the check?!?!? Sounds ridiculous since i used a debit card, seems like they would just need the debit card to refund the deposit. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. And based on other reviews here, looks like this is common practice here where customer service is ATROCIOUS.

If I could give this dealership, a zero star rating, I would. Our jeep was towed in there in December 2022. Little to no communication about the status of our situation until we showed up in person. The tech passed blame on everyone else instead of taking responsibility as well as the manager (who is no longer there) that never called us either. They “closed our ticket” without notification. Our insurance went to go tow it to another shop which is how we found out the ticket was closed, telling us the Jeep wasn’t there.. there are so many details to the story that I would need several pages to go on about this. Recently purchased just a 2024 Jeep Wrangler.Tried reaching the service department. Left a message on the 25th to give me a call. No call. Was finally informed that if I had a question I needed to make an appointment. Tried reaching out to the parts department and was outright lied to after going to other dealerships in the area. Even having trouble with the FI department. They don't return calls either.Thank goodness I found friendly and professional service at other dealerships in the area.After purchase service with this dealership is abysmal at best.

Zero stars if possible. This dealerships service department may be the worst I have ever dealt with. Good luck getting them to ever answer the phones or call you back. Their knowledge about your vehicle will be non-existent and every time I go there they never fix the problem. You are better off with YouTube and Rock Auto, as how I had to fix my problems cause they can’t. The worst part of this is I had these issues every time I went and the managers call to tell you your truck is ready for service and I would explain how bad they are; they continue to tell me it’s new management and give them another shot, but please save your car and time by taking it somewhere else. I am a very patient person when it comes to this stuff, but this dealership will frustrate you to no end.
