This is hands down one of the worst places to ever deal with with customer service or the service manager or any kind of service to be done by facility of such. Volvo should be ashame to even as much as having employees doing what they do at their dealerships which are bogus and also lying employees that do nothing but tell you lies to get you out of their shop only to have you buy what they so call luxury vehicles at a poor standard of maintenance and customer support for which they say is exceptional but is really below poor. I suggest walking before ever purchasing a Volvo from this place or the Winston-Salem dealership Volvo in general is a disgrace for the fact they do not stand behind their vehicle and they do not uphold the safety so-called futures that is on their cars it's a joke invest in a pair of Nikes before investing and a Volvo And you're better off letting your car sit and be tore up before even attempting to have of Volvo technician evaluated because you going to end up with the same result proven facts

Cliff at Greensboro Volvo was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind, professional and very easy to talk to. He listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle and found us a perfect fit. Our transaction with Cliff was smooth and easy, as it should be. I would highly recommend Cliff to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Without reservation, we would purchase another vehicle from Cliff in the future.

Very attentive. Service person never introduced himself. Got the usual “upsell” oh needing tires rotated at 9000 miles and some filter “needed replacement “-I think most filters are designed to work longer than 9,000 miles. Could not replicate the brake pedal issue all over the internet.

I was pleased from the service I received from Volvo (Greensboro). I took pic and showed the Service Advisor Kristin all my concerns. The pics are helpful so take them if you can. My issue had to do with indicator lights. Kristin placed me in a loaner car for the during of my service so pleased about that! Service was prompt and all my concerns were addressed. Kristin kept me updated every step of the way via texts, or phone calls. If I have to identify any opportunites for improvement it would be with the electronic notification system. I returned my loaner full of gas and received notification that the loaner car was returned with 1/4 tank. Other than that I am pleased with the level of service both from Kristen and the service technican who performed the repairs. The service technician did a great job detailing on the documentation the service that was performed!A satisfied Volvo Lifer!

I was helped by Kristin. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I knew exactly what would be done to my car and how much it would cost. She did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. While I waited she made sure I was comfortable and provided refreshments. My car was returned to me extremely clean and shiny. Since my car was relatively new to me, Kristin went over the latest updates with me. It was a truly outstanding visit.

It was a great experience. I would say the best I have encountered dealing with other Volvo service departments out of state. Kristen was professional, empathetic, and patient with my concerns and questions.

My experience at Volvo Cars Greensboro has always been pleasant. Whether it’s the service department manager, Ms. Christie, Mariah Gerken, the service advisor, or the drivers (door to door service), my experiences are always pleasant, and I am pleased with the work that is completed on my vehicle. Kudos to the technicians!! Thank you.

I bought a used car from this dealer in August. Before I went to see the car, I had asked over the phone and via email if anything was missing. The salesperson and the manager assured me nothing was missing. I went to the shop and paid for the car, and only after I completed the payment, did they tell me that there was just one key, the other key was lost. Had I known that there was just one key, I would not have come and paid the full price. After purchasing the car, I had to pay $300 for a new key. This dealer lied to me and you should stay away from it.

My mother went in this week to have her car serviced. This is the closest Volvo dealership at an hour away and where she bought the car so she used them. Part of the service she paid for was a tire rotation. This charge is listed on her bill. The tires were not rotated. She had recently “scrubbed” one of the rims and actually spoke with someone there about fixing it in a future visit. Because of this she knew the location of that tire.. which didn’t move after the service. Makes you wonder if they actually changed filters, replaced the oil, etc. A service was paid for that was not provided and time was wasted with 2 hours of driving to and from as well as the time the supposed service took. Calls have not been returned even after completing a survey where the problem was made evident to the employee and it was supposed to be escalated immediately.

Chrissie in service is excellent. I purchased a pre-owned certified car from them with an extended warranty several years ago. They are professional and care about what their customers think.

The communication here is absolutely abysmal. My "service coordinator" cannot be bothered to answer simple questions such as: Do I need to get a ride home from work because my car is still being worked on? Do you have any loaner availability? All I get is a one sentence text message stating that a part will be ready in 2 days. After that, no one answers the service center line. I'm not sure what happened to this place after the ownership change, but it has really gone downhill. I would suggest taking your vehicle to Winston-Salem.
