This pharmacy really lives up to their name. One of their team members went above and beyond today. She hand-delivered part of our dental offices’s order that was separated from the rest. The team always makes sure to call if they have questions and is very personable and friendly.

I'm not getting the correct amount for the medication they compound. I talked to the owner today and was very polite and civil with him until he learned forward and yelled at me " you get what you pay for". Very rude and crooked sob. 30 day supply at 2 doses a day is what I'm paying for but am not getting. He's very rude, crooked and unprofessional sob. Be aware!

The pharmacists here are very patient. They worked with me on my infant daughter’s medication going back and forth with me to make the taste palatable. Really happy with the customer service.

Inconsistent quality of compounded prescriptions. Manager was apologetic but human error is dangerous when it comes to compounding meds. I have had more than one problem. No thanks.

I cannot drive at the moment due to eye issues, of which I get eye drops made from CCP to help. They always overnight ship and I've been using them for about a year. They were fine until last month. I called them and had them ship my Albumin drops to a new address -- they didn't provide me a tracking number and sent it to the wrong address. I didn't know about it until the drops had gone bad. I called them again and gave them another address to ship to. Once again, they didn't provide me a tracking number to check their work and they sent it to the wrong address -- AGAIN. When I went to confront them a third time on the phone, I was greeted by someone who seemed fed up that I was calling, not that they were making serious mistakes. I made it as clear as possible that they sent to the wrong address twice and that I still needed these important drops. She went and spoke to the "owner" and relayed that would send me one more sample, but that I -- a vision and driving impaired individual -- am BANNED from having drops shipped to me in the future. Absolutely shameful way to treat customers. They failed me twice and then blamed me for their failures.

Customer service here is poor. Was supposed to get a call when my cat's script was filled and never received one. Called the following morning and it was ready. Paid for the meds over the phone. When I got to the office to pick up the meds no one knew where the meds were or had any clue where to find them. They did a search under my cat's name and then mine. The ladies at the counter started to explain that they don't know where the meds where. It wasn't till I showed them I had paid already that they found the meds. The ladies behind the counter seemed annoyed that they had to stop what they were doing to help and were not polite when I left.
