CHECK your MEDS! This pharmacy is extremely careless and does not watch their pharmacy techs. I went to pick up a prescription for my infant and they gave me powder! Meaning, they did not mix the medicine! The pharmacy manager is not doing his job by watching the pharmacy techs. We got all the way home with our sick infant, to turn back around. When we asked what steps they have in place to prevent this from happening again, the pharmacy manager had nothing to say, other than he forgot to check it. This is extremely concerning at a pharmacy. To top all of this off, when I asked the person working check out to speak with the store manager, the manager NEVER came out to speak with me, and gave the cashier a sticky note with a number for me to all. What kind of "managers" are you all hiring?? Moral of the story is to find a new pharmacy.

Is this place perfect? Nope! The pharmacy employees seem overworked and a bit stressed. However, they don't keep that from giving excellent service. In more than one occasion they have given me a vaccine that I hadn't scheduled, filled my prescriptions more quickly than they stated simply because I was getting ready to travel. Much appreciation for the staff at CVS, Fleming Rd.!

This CVS pharmacy is always neat and clean and anytime you are going their all staff is very supporative.

I've used this pharmacy since I moved here 7 years ago. No issues until last week.I went through the drive-thru to pick up an Rx I've taken for years and the person was the definition of obtuse. Tried to argue with me about a different prescription from a different doctor. She was so abusive and ignorant I started to have chest pains and left without the medication. I called and told them to delete my records. I will never return there. Especially when it comes to health purchases they should expect more of their staff than simply having a pulse!

This pharmacy gets only one star from me also. They never have anything in the pharmacy area that you are looking for then act astonished when you are not thrilled at the lack of there inventory. I went to CVS because it was on my way home. What a waste of time!

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Just when you think it gets better nope. The drive thru window personnel with the exception of the tattoo guy (he's nice and personable). The rest of the employees working the drive thru are rude,discourteous and have no personality on how to deal with customers. A complete waste of time for me on 4/14 I went for a meds refill. Hold up first of all they transferred my script to wendover with out telling me. Ok I go there on 4/14 to p/u meds. I get a 30 day supply not 90 due to being out of work. I am on a fixed income. I go there what do they give me a 90 day supply. I tell them this all the time I don't get a 90 day supply. The chick in the window is like ok I'll refill script come back for your 30 day supply. I go there on 4/15 send my info through the shute. Oh wait!! I guess it's hard to say good morning to your customers, but I expect that from unprofessional people. Anyways they don't say anything and send my meds back through shute. I leave out look in the bag yup a 90 day supply that. I didn't ask for. So the the chick lied on 4/14 about refilling to a 30 day supply. I can say this once this 90 day supply is up. I am transferring my script . Not only are they rude,discourteous and unprofessional they are liars too. Run don't walk to another Pharmacy !! If you want rude unprofessional pharmacy drive thru service (with the exception of tattoo guy) then come here!! #myscript is transferred. I see why CVS on Fleming rd got crappy Yelp reviews.!!

I am in dire need of getting a prescription refilled, and have called 6 different times today and waited on hold for 10+ minutes each time without ever getting an answer. None of my medications have been updated to my mychart either making this impossible!

One star because I HAVE TO. If you're searching for a pharmacy with ZERO customer service, employees with the WORST attitudes, and the LONGEST wait times... you've found it! Tiffany 'helped' me get ONE out of FOUR prescriptions for my sick children. She NEVER:SmiledGreeted meMADE EYE CONTACT- yes, that's right. Not ONE time did she look at my face! said thank youI was so disturbed that I called to tell a manager today. Let me introduce LISA- almost as bad. Typing away at the keyboard as I told her my experience- totally preoccupied with something else. I even had to say 'hello?' After I stopped talking, because she wasn't listening. Her response to everything 'thanks I'll look into it'I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

It is so unfortunate that the pharmacy employees are so rude to everyone that goes in. My husband and I have had three bad experiences now and we will be switching pharmacies altogether, even though it won't be convenient.

Although this is 3 minutes from my house, I will be using a CVS further away as the service I received was appalling and totally uncalled for. The pharmacist seemed to not have a care to know about it when I tried to provide details about the service I received. I cannot give that kind of service my business.

Please be more careful with medications- handling, organization and communication. Jodi however is wonderful and always has an amazing attitude!

I have recently started using this location after moving back to this area, and after having issues with multiple different CVS locations all over Greensboro, I might finally make the switch to a different pharmacy altogether. Since switching back to this location, I've come into contact with SEVERAL rude pharmacy employees - everything from cutting me off mid-sentence over the phone to making passive-aggressive comments while I'm waiting in line to be helped. With the exception of one male associate, they all seem unprofessional and unhappy.
