Pharmacy is overwhelmed and staff seems stressed, even as hours are being shortened by corporate. The store is dirty and it takes a long time to get scrips filled if they are anything outside the basics. Looking for another provider.

One of the cleanest and friendliest CVS stores that I have ever visited. The associate Will greeted me, asked if I needed help with anything and pointed me in the right direction. It’s store associates like him that I hope to run into when spending my money.

This location is always taking it upon themselves to auto fill my prescriptions. 1. I do not have auto fill turned on. 2. I rarely use this location and they auto refill prescriptions that I have never HAD FILLED AT this LOCATION. Is this legal?

On the 24th I dropped off a $300 parcel to be shipped through UPS and it was never scanned by CVS. According to the tracking information it was also never handed to UPS and when I called CVS they claimed they did not have it. Still waiting for tracking information 2 days later and I just want to know where my package is!

The pharmacist Mr.Turner was very kind and caring. I was not feeling well and needed my prescription filled asap. He not only made sure that my prescription was filled, but he also did it in a timely manner which allowed me to get home safely and start my meds.

My experience today with Mr. Robert Turner the Pharmacist was wonderful. I recently moved to Greensboro and I don't live near this pharmacy but because of professional attitude and great customer service this will be my only pharmacy in Greensboro I will come to. Thanks for being A Bowl of AWESOME SAUCE MR ROBERT TURNER ??????

Does anyone even work here? Needed to add cash to my card. Can only do it at CVS. I waited 15 minutes and walked around the whole store. never saw any employees. Might just find a new bank so I don't have to deal with cvs anymore.

I called on Monday to get my prescription refilled and they needed to request a refill from my doctor. The lady on the phone said “I have sent it over,” and I believed she was telling the truth. Unfortunately, she blatantly lied to me and the request was never sent. Whoever I spoke with on Monday just wanted to get me off the phone, aka did not want to do their job. I went to the pharmacy on Thursday, because no one was picking up the phone, and they let me know a request was never sent. The lady in charge at the pharmacy went on to tell me that I need to contact my doctor because the request was ignored… No ma’am, you or your staff never sent it over in the first place; she was obviously making excuses or could no comprehend what the issue was. I contacted my doctor this morning and they confirmed they never received a request from the pharmacy. Do not trust these pharmacists, I highly recommend going directly to your doctor because these people obviously do not want to do their job, are lazy, lie to customers, and make excuses.

OMG! The pharmacy section is the WORST. At least the guys back there are. I've spoken with two so far and have had the worst experience. I go in on Saturday, try to pick up a prescription, dude's like this is gonna be $500 and we don't have it in stock, it should be here Monday. Okay I go back on Monday, turns out it should be there Tuesday. At this point I stop even going to the store and just call. I call, a different guy answers and he tells me that they never ordered it in the first place, that it's a "specialty drug" they'll have to order each time and that they don't know when they'll be there. At this point I don't think they want me to pick up the meds! It's literally just ADHD meds, nothing crazy. To summarize, the men back there are so rude, incompetent and blatantly lie. I spoke with one girl on Saturday and she was sweet but unfortunately not a pharmacist. The guy at the register with the black headwrap is also great :)

The absolutely worse pharmacy in North Carolina! New staff every month it seems like. Apparently the staff members are lacking job training. Called for 4 hours, No answer. On hold for 45 mins, No answer! Walks into the store and one employee behind the counter and line was halfway through the store. Just close the doors if you can't keep staff!
