Seems that cvs must be hiring the worthless pharmacy personnel from Walgreens because it has went down hill the last couple months , seems nobody can do their job or even give a crap about what they are doing . Looking for a new pharmacy again , what ever happened to the small family owned pharmacy’s . Long lost to these careless corporations and people they hire

So. Fifth time trying to get my shots. The first time I was told they’re too busy-come back later. The second they closed the window on me for lunch. The third they said they had no vaccine, come back tomorrow, same with the fourth. Today was the fifth. They said I needed an appointment, when there is signage around saying no appointment necessary. They say they’re too busy again. I do get huffy, because seriously, five times over three weeks?? I said „wait, this is the fifth time I’ve been here. What’s going on?“ they then explain about staffing and how „spring garden just closed down“, but they can get me an appointment for a few weeks from now. We make an appointment. I apologize. I leave.
And they just cancelled the appointment. This place is damn convenient, a block from my house. I’ve been going there for years. But I think that’s the last time.

Going to give the two stars for being "short-staffed" which I guess nowadays is the unspoken excuse everywhere customer service is supposed to be a thing...however, if someone has a prejudice against controlled substances, that person probably shouldn't become a pharmacist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was hung up on by the pharmacy tech and then called back and the pharmacy manager literally told me they're too busy helping other people to help fix the issue with my mental health medication that I've been out of for over a month.

Bad customer service at the drive thru. This is the worst cvs I have been in my life. The staff there are not to help, they are only there to give hard time for patients. I will never come back to this cvs

Everybody in the pharmacy is great, Alan in specific is basically a wizard in terms of untangling problems with your prescriber so you don't have to fuss with it while you're feeling poorly. Problems with insurance etc are cleared up quickly, staff is friendly and personable, they actually *remember* who you are visit to visit :)Additionally, I get all my basic vaccines here--flu, COVID, Tdap update etc--b/c it's super convenient and very affordable. They frequently accept walk-ins for stuff like flu shots (and you get a discount coupon for a purchase over 25$! But pretty sure that's from corporate). The staff administering the vaccines make it quick and painless and also monitor you for reactions/fainting for an appropriate amount of time. MUCH easier than scheduling with a doctor or urgent care. Very grateful to live so close to this CVS.

Slowest cvs drive through I have ever been to in my life. 20 minutes for 3 cars!
