Trying to call, can not get through to anyone. It says hold for transfer & disconnects you. That’s just the front, it doesn’t even offer you to speak to the pharmacy! Sends you to VM…!

This is a very unprofessional place stay away if you’re sick, my medication was sent to their voicemail because my doctor was having a hard time sending it electronically, but this place doesn’t check their voicemails so when I got to the place, I’m standing there about to vomit only to be told. They have absolutely no medication for me. I called the doctor back. They notify me that they sent them a voicemail and let them know to check their voicemail which is not my job, only to be told I have to wait another 30 minutes for the medication while I’m literally standing their about to faint, stay away from this place The customer service is ghetto and they could care less You can tell they’re highly overworked and do not like their jobs at all and I will never eeeeeeverrrr come back eeeevverrr.

I take several medications for autoimmune diseases. They have NEVER had them all available at the same time when we go in for refills. Today I had to go to 2 different locations for a maintenance medication. On top of that my husband had surgery yesterday and today his meds are still not available. The tech said they have no control over what is sent to them (hard to believe). The girl at the window was the rudest person, who actually walked away from me while I was questioning having to go to yet a 3rd location saying "I ain't dealing this this right now." Another tech stepped up and gave me more attitude saying "I don't know what to tell you". I had all 7 of my maintenance meds transferred to Peidmont Drugs. It doesn't surprise me that thier stocks are tanking. Their customer service is deplorable.

Terrible pharmaceutical techs. Will talk over and ignore you when youre trying to get their attention. I wish I couldve gotten the white girls name I was on the phone with but her manners were deplorable. Of course, these are the people that are hired to work black neighborhoods. The skinny black guy with glasses was just as nonchalant when I asked him why they were shortening a CIV medication down to 24 syringes and he immediately said “ask my dr” well, I called my doctor and that wasn’t the case. The only lady that was working hard in that pharmacy was the little Asian tech of course. Everyone else should find another job. Customer service isn’t for you.

Seven months ago I posted a review that recalls the pharmacy stealing my medication. Unfortunately, things are still bad if not worse. Today, I got in the drive thru line at 1:15. I had plenty time being the second car in line with the pharmacy closing for lunch at 1:30. The car in front of me didn't move and no one came to the window until after 1:30 and I couldn't back up to park and go inside because 2 morw cars had pulled up behind me. When the car finally pulled off and I pulled up to the window the automated system stated that the pharmacy was closed. I pulled around to go inside and as I walked up a lady was exiting the store who was in line at the pharmacy as well stopped me and said she was so mad she wanted to burn the store down. She was speaking metaphorically but she was pissed and I was too. I went back to the pharmacy, knocked on the door and asked for my medication. The pharmacy manager informed me that they were closed and I can't have it to pay for it up front. This was my blood pressure medication. And in order for me to get it. I had to wait and miss an appointment I was already late because you have no protocols to help your pharmacy customers avoid such issues. This location allowed a customer to sit in their drive-thru line for over 20 min causing customers to miss getting their medications. I urge anyone who gets medications or uses this pharmacy to stop and go somewhere else. I don't know about other locations but this one has stolen my medication and closed when I was in line with time to spare. Im filing a complaint with the nc pharmaceutical board and moving my medications. I recommend you do the same.
This pharmacy is activly stealing peoples' medications and won't answer the phone. They stole the same medication from me twice. I urge everyone to contact the NC Pharmacy Board. File a complaint. They have sighted past problems and are ready to take action to get this hell whole shut down once and for all

I took my sister to the CVS pharmacy on Alamance Church Rd. yesterday to fill prescriptions after she had surgery, and this trip ended up being a nightmare. Eric gave us an estimate timeframe of 15 minutes for some prescriptions, when I asked why it could take up to an hour for her pain medication, he said it was due to a backlog. The reason for my urgency was that my sister was in pain after having oral surgery on both sides of her mouth. I found Eric to be very unprofessional and unpleasant. Due to my sister's discomfort, we decided to wait in the car in the parking lot. After getting a text message telling her the RX's were ready for pickup, it took her three trips through the drive through only to be told she had to come in to pick up her pain medicine because she was told she would need to speak with the pharmacist after the third trip, but this was not the case. Never have I seen such incompetence and unprofessionalism. I was forced to make my sister come to the store in pain and bleeding with a mouth full of gauges. She was barely able to speak. However, I was told by corporate that this was no longer necessary. In addition, there was a secondary pharmacy tech named Megan who was equally uncaring and uncompassionate. As a result, my sister became irritated because the staff was neither compassionate nor apologetic. This was when she had to wait so long and physically enter the store. It would have been easier for her to stay in the car, show her license, and pay without further inconvenience. She was frustrated and felt her needs were not met. She had no choice but to enter the store and wait in line, which was unpleasant. Eric and Megan could have handled the situation better by being more compassionate and understanding. This experience reminded me that racism still exists in many forms, even in seemingly innocuous situations. It is a reminder of the need to be vigilant and proactive in addressing these issues. It's important to remember that everyone should be treated with respect and kindness. Zora Neale Hurston's famous quote, “All skinfolk ain't kinfolk,”.

Went in to pick up my meds after having oral surgery and was treated horribly by "Megan the Tech" and Eric in drive thru. Clearly both were rude and uncouth and don't have a professional bone in their bodies. Definitely switching pharmacies because these people that work nights in the pharmacy forget that they are working and instead act as if they are in the hood somewhere hanging out. Just a horrible experience for a long time customer.
I was told three times that my meds would be ready in 10-15 minutes and wound up sitting in the parking lot for an hour just to then be told to come inside. Once I got inside, my apparent disdain was clear and "Megan thee Tech" as she calls herself (which might I add she's about 40 yrs old reflecting on Megan the Stallion) decides she is going to piggy back and be rude with me as well and refuse to service me after incompetent Eric in the drive through didn't tell me to come inside after coming through the drive thru 3 separate times! This pharmacy needs to fire these two miscreants and find better staffing because this pharmacy screams "ghetto" with the current night time staff!

I’ve been in the area for a year. The pharmacy is polite an actually caring however the store manager’s demeanor is unpleasant and comes off as I really don’t want to be in this neighborhood. If you don’t care for African Americans then ask for a transfer. I’m not beneath you. I’m in hospitality so I deal with all kinds of people my attitude towards them determines my job security. That’s all.

I don't understand why the pharmacy doesn't order medication when they are running low or are out of meds. I had a medication "Fenofibrate" e-faxed from the Dr. Office on December 28th, 2023 called today January 15th was told they would have to order it. This definitely is not a good practice, if the doctor didn't think I needed it he would not have e-faxed it in.
