This location is ghetto and not professional at all, rude associates and very loud. Please work more and talk less, especially when you have customers waiting. 😒

Can't find employees to ask for assistance. Self check out sucks. Don't work properly. Employee standing around doing nothing. Absurd lines.

Do not go here for passport photos. The photo was not accepted at the passport office. I will say they did give me a refund but it cost me time and hassle.

This is the second time this CVS location has given me problems. Stay trying to create conflict worried about the wrong things yet they’ve had this wrecked vehicle in their parking lot for 2 weeks

Using a mgr to stock a store reflects badly on the store overall.
Staff is minimal and overwhelmed largely due to poor training.
Over the counter medical supply inventories are low yet snacks and 'power drinks' are fully stocked. CVS is still a Pharmacy after all-or is it? Close this store and transfer the employees to the newer CVS on Cornwallis.

Do not use photo center. You will make multiple trips, deal with multiple people and still not have what you ordered online.

Please do not have your UPS/Amazon packages sent here. First of all, staff acts like they are confused when you ask to pick up your package. I had a package sent here, wasn’t aware as all my packages get sent to UPS on Pisgah church road. This location was my alternate. I come here after going to that other location and neither has my package. The associate asks me if I checked the other location, I say Yes. But it’s obviously showing up as they having received my package. I’m pretty sure an associate stole my package. It was only a blood pressure cuff I received free from my insurance company. I was not out any money. But that’s besides the point. Imagine willing to risk your job stealing a package that may have something of value. Pretty silly. But they need to revoke their contract to receive packages. They aren’t even staffed to keep up.

If there's even one car in the pharmacy drive thru, just go inside. I pulled up behind one car recently and waited 20 minutes. If you have that many prescriptions to pick up, why are you holding up the line? No consideration at all. Any time I've gone through the drive thru there has been an extraordinarily long wait. No issue with inside.

I recently visited CVS on Battleground Ave. The one across from home depot and I found and purchased my items relatively easy or so I thought after I paid the cashier and got in my car. Another cashier approached my car telling me that the cashier that rung me up said I didn't pay for my items when she had just rung me up and took my money and gave me my change. I went back in the store and the cash acted like she didn't send the other associate to get me. I will not be returning to CVS anytime soon, I can't trust that I can give the actual cashier my money and get my items and not be accused of stealing just because I am an African American woman when everyone including the cashier since the white gentleman who was at the self checkout not pay for his items she even asked me where he went before she started ringing me up. I am totally disgusted and offended by this accusation during my shopping experience at CVS. All I can say is train your cashiers not to profile people especially when they actually ring them up themselves and know that the person paid for their items.

I came here to pick-up an online order and encountered a rude staff. She presented herself in a creepy, unsettling manner as when my boyfriend and I tried getting her attention, she glared at us. We felt very uncomfortable and it made us think perhaps she was busy. She made us wait and then called a male staff to fill in as cashier, as if she was an incompetent employee. When she called the male employee, she said a snarky statement, saying “Are you going to buy something or fall asleep?” when we were only there for just a pick-up. She was highly unprofessional and absolutely made it clear she disliked customer service. Perhaps going to the CVS located at 4000 Battleground Avenue would be a better choice to go to (I recommend).
