This CVS has been my drugstore for several years now. My experience has all been positive. The staff is very professional and gets my prescription to me in the shortest amount of time. They make sure that i'm informed every step of the way about any barriers to filling my prescription. They're friendly and coordinate their services to provide me with the best health i can be in. I've gotten vaccines there as well. I had been with Rite Aid for at least five years before they closed, and all my prescriptions were transferred to this CVS. I was really nervous about the change. I knew everything about Rite Aid: I could've stocked the shelves! And now after a few years, that relationship exists for me with the CVS. I can really count on them when I need prescriptions or products . Thank you CVS!

This is THE WORST pharmacy do not go here if you have another option. Every time I’ve gone to pick up my prescription there has been a problem. The pharmacist is so unprofessional and rude. She wouldn’t let me get my prescription out of spite. She was extremely rude and denied giving me my prescription that I need to function. I have never been treated so poorly, she must have issues with her self to treat someone the way that she did. I called my doctor and she said everything was good on their end and that we need to use another pharmacy because this CVS can never get it right. Don’t waste your time and go to a different pharmacy!

This cvs has the rudest pharmacist and the supervisor is incompetent. All of them have the nastiest attitude and i wish them nothing but the worst.

Extremely poor customer service. Photo department had a simple printer error so I asked that they reprint 1 of 3 coffee mugs I ordered. I was polite and wasn't the least bit accusatory just showed them the mug and explained the issue. They immediately started saying they didn't work last night, it's not their fault, etc. told their coworkers I was just unhappy with it when the printer clearly missed up then offered no apology or any kind of guess for when mug would be ready. A simple "I'm sorry, we'll get this reprinted if you've got 15 minutes or so" would have gone a long way.

I left the store with a sour taste. My experience here was with an inattentive, careless and unprofessional employee. She was not friendly, but very rude with a salty attitude. I confronted her that I was here for pick-up for my girlfriend. Her response was silent and she only glared at us. She left us standing in line, even though it was just us two, and kept us waiting. If I had the ability to leave 0 stars, I would.

I came here to pick-up an online order and encountered a rude staff. She presented herself in a creepy, unsettling manner as when my boyfriend and I tried getting her attention, she glared at us. We felt very uncomfortable and it made us think perhaps she was busy. She made us wait and then called a male staff to fill in as cashier, as if she was an incompetent employee. When she called the male employee, she said a snarky statement, saying “Are you going to buy something or fall asleep?” when we were only there for just a pick-up. She was highly unprofessional and absolutely made it clear she disliked customer service. Perhaps going to the CVS located at 4000 Battleground Avenue would be a better choice to go to (I recommend).

i was impressed how sweet the employee with the braces was today. i didn’t realize CVS caters to printing, affordable too. kudos to the employee she was sweet and kind.

The pharmacist J.L. absolutely saved my day helping me get a prescription filled while I was out of town. It was a very stressful moment for me. Insurance was being difficult and he went above and beyond to help me get it straightened out so I could get my medicine action. He also threw in a tiny rubber ducky for my kid. Thank you J.L.!!

If you’re looking for a friendly pharmacist, look elsewhere.By far, the RUDEST phone call encounter. Paying more and driving farther to Publix where customer service isn’t dead.

Unfortunately, I was forced to drive around to three different CVS pharmacies today to obtain my son’s Amoxicillin prescription. Instead of giving me one small bottle today and another bottle tomorrow. I had to drive around to the south side of Greensboro and to Jamestown CVS to obtain two bottles of Amoxicillin. I do not recommend this pharmacy anymore. They always seem to be out of everything and they seem to make constant mistakes with prescriptions. The pharmacist originally asked me to come back tomorrow and I proceeded to tell him that my son had strep throat and needed to start his prescription today. It was only 6:30. They did call my prescription in to the other pharmacies and finally the Jamestown CVS had it in stock. However, now I was told there might be a problem with the insurance covering it because it was still labeled as “processing” in the computer.

Called to have the Dr. faxed for a RX refill. They didn't do it. Called again to have Rx faxed and also requested refill online. Said they could not find the original request, no apology, just excuses like maybe sent to wrong doctor. Meanwhile, I am out of a critical medication for over a week. Find out from MDs office that they told pharmacy I would need a visit to get a refill, but I was never told. Pharmacy is slow and lacks staff and does not do their jobs!!!

Rude representatives in the pharmacy, trying to get a Rx that they have but for some strange reason they can't process, core values are definitely not shown at this locaton nor do they bring their heart at work values. The pharmacists are rude also and unhelpful.

Needed to stop by CVS and pick up a few items. This CVS happened to be on my route that I was taking so I stopped in. The CVS staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind and the store had everything I needed, a really good location to stop.
