Impossible to get through to the pharmacy personal. When I hold on for 18 minutes or longer. When they answer. They put you on hold and then you’re disconnected

This is the worst pharmacy ever, they are always so slow, don't care about of patients are sick and need medication or not. They are so rude and just worry about their personal affairs ?

We got our Covid shots at CVS Randleman Road. The pharmacy was busy but we were treated well. We would definitely go back.

now I can see why they have 2.6 stars. after waiting 23 minutes on hold I finally spoke with the pharmacist who did not communicate why she was asking me the questions she was and ended up shouting at me and hung up the phone. I can tell you I don't want an aggressive and angry pharmacist putting together my medication. Terrible Service. there has to be a better pharmacy in the area.

We have placed several online orders here, and have had nothing but good service. The products were in good condition, as advertised, and priced well. The 9noy ding I have is the fact that the store couldn't print a receipt out for a pickup order. Some manufacturers offers, and online deals require a copy of the paper receipt with bar code and the other information on it. If this had been an order with a mail in rebate, we would not have had a way to fulfill the receipt requirements. I find it difficult to believe that a chain as large and established as CVS, is unable to find a way to print off a copy of the receipt whether the order is online, or in store. Moving forward, we will have to be more limited in the orders we place with this store (or any other CBS for that matter), due to an inability to give a hard copy receipt for online orders - Walgreens does it automatically for every order, Walmart will do it on request, this makes all the good customer service and engaging employees in this store moot in the grand scheme of things. Fix this and I will reassess the review.

This review is regarding the CVS store at 3341 Randleman Road, Greensboro, NC.The main complaint, after personally reviewing other reviews on this particular store, is the fact that the pharmacy department is overwhelmed with the large amount of customer prescription refills. There isn’t enough pharmacy techs to assist the pharmacists, making the workload more challenging for each pharmacy department employee. Every time I’ve had to pick up a prescription, there are prescription bags (that are ready to be picked up) spilling out over the alphabetical bins, prescription bags are stacked up on the floor…there is definitely an increase in the number of customers now that CVS serves compared to a few years ago.I also read several comments about the employees not smiling or acting bothered when they have to stop and help a customer. I agree…smiles go a long way in helping customers feel better. But, I can empathize with the pharmacy staff and what they have to try and handle all day long—counting pills perfectly, trying to answer the phone, work the drive-through window, give Covid vaccines, answering questions regarding medications a customer’s doctor has prescribed, ringing up non-pharmacy items that shoppers bring to the pharmacy checkout…and I’m sure there is so much more that I’m unaware of. I’m sure the average customer has several refills at a time that needs to be filled. Perhaps if this store did have more help in the pharmacy department, the staff would…and could…smile more often because they wouldn’t be so bombarded with everything they need to do all at once.I assume hiring extra staff is a decision from the CVS corporate office but perhaps someone from corporate will see all of these reviews and strongly consider allowing the store manager to hire more help. The parking lot maintenance could be improved. There’s usually trash strewn around the parking lot at any given time. The interior of the store is usually well-stocked and clean. The cashiers up front are generally friendly and welcoming. If only the pharmacy department could get additional help, I believe this would make a great difference. I believe it would help to reduce the time customers spend waiting in line to pick up their medications and the staff themselves would be happier and more productive.

Ahmad the store manager was so nice and pleasant to interact with! I was having the worst time trying to print my passport photo and he stepped in and completely handled it quickly for me. Thank you, Ahmad!

Whatever happened to good old fashion smiling faces??? I mean that good ol "hey how ya doing, what can I do for ya" with smile??? Customer service has really gone to pot these days. Don't you folks think you outta at least be thankful to have a job and show appreciation for it?!?!?!! If it weren't for hard working customers that spend hard earned money on meds and other things then you wouldn't have a job period. But, I also doubt very seriously that anyone from this location will even read this review bc they show that they could care less... Pathetic!!

So rude, there going to lose my business. I could go to 50 other places surrounding that CVS. Probably should be a little nicer to your customers.

I have had my medicines filled here for years. Tonight, I just feel the need to leave a review. I've been trying for the last year to understand how a place that used to be so caring could just turn rude, unhelpful and uncommunicative. The workers slays seem to have an attitude when you pick up your prescriptions and are always in a rush as if they're being bothered by having to get your order. The pharmacy never let's you know when they're out of anything until you come to pick it up. And now to top the cake, they've changed the lane one hours AGAIN for the covid testing until 530 but it's only posted on the window.
