My wife and I came to this location to get Covid and Flu shots (Oct 2025). This was our first visit to this location. The pharmacist Ms.Kim was excellent. She was kind and was professional. She also interacted with our toddler and made our visit a pleasant one. I recommend this pharmacy for vaccinations.

We get all family scripts here and they have always been perfectly courteous and efficient. No issues with the store either - have what we need when we need it. Only thing I wish that for the frequent vitamin BOGO offers that they would have at least 2 items of same type on shelf. Can't get BOGO with just 1.

We had earlier moved all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy because of the extremely poor service. My physician made the mistake of sending a prescription to this pharmacy. I received a text notice that it was available for pick up until July 7, and a reminder notice the afternoon of June 27 that it remained available. I go by to pick it up the first week of July and am told that it was picked up on June 27 - the same day I received the notice. I am recovering from ankle surgery and was at the doctor getting a new cast that day and certainly did not pick up the prescription. They misplaced the prescription and refuse to return phone calls. Now I am without the prescription for a month.

Bad store experience. No customer service. No one at registers while we waited approximately 12 minutes for someone to come. In addition, the young man wouldn't help me look for something that clearly said was available at the store. Although, how can he? He's the only one working on the floor and at the registers while customers are waiting ..... just terrible customer service all around.

This CVs is an embarrassment to the community. God forbid should I try and get a prescription filled.before its time because I lost most of them from a dirty bathroom floor that I didn’t want to use last month. They should think about how they make others feel for no reason instead of being inconsiderate of others. Judging others isn’t right when you don’t know them. Based on other reviews here about your pharmacy I’m not the only one that thinks yall are rude. Typical.for you and Typical for Greensboro.

The pharmacy & pharmacists here are useless. They tell you your prescription is being filled, and then when you get there they won’t fill it. Has happened multiple times. Look elsewhere for a pharmacy.

I have been filling with CVS all of my adult life. But after how I have been treated at this pharmacy I GIVE UP! You have made it perfectly clear you do not value me as a customer because of the particular medication I have filled there every month! Every month it’s sent in, and every month you don’t have it and tell me I have to wait 3 days to get it. Knowing I can’t be off of it for 3 days! I am so sick of being judged based off the medication I have filled there! I thought I would give you all one last chance today to prove me wrong, and disappointedly you proved me right! But the good news is Walgreens accepts me with open arms and ZERO judgment!

I received notice that my prescription was ready. This came after 6 o’clock. I got up there was in line at five till seven. They kept the man in front of me until 7 o’clock. We pull up at the window at exactly 7 o’clock and she tells us they are closed. She was very rude. I said we’ve been waiting and she said we are closed. We open up at nine tomorrow morning and shut the window. We have been a long-term customer customer at this CVS. I cannot believe someone would be that rude to someone who needed to pick up the prescription. I am checking into what I need to do the transfer my husband and myself to another pharmacy.
