Not the worst pharmacy but not one I'd recommend. Proximity makes it convenient.

It's important to note that people who have an unpleasant experience are far more likely to leave a negative review than those who are satisfied.
This pharmacy team does its job well, and I have had no issues that were the pharmacy’s fault. After reading through other reviews, it’s clear that many people use this platform to complain about things beyond the pharmacy's control or responsibility—whether it's frustration with their own employer or frustration with their own poor decisions, such as choosing to wait in a long line instead of simply checking out at the front of the store (especially when there was no indication they were waiting on a prescription), as most rational people would.
I’ve been coming here for over five years and will continue to do so for the remainder of my time in Greensboro.

10/21/24. At 6:55pm. In CVS pharmacy inside Target. I came in and went to the pharmacy to buy unisom and Tylenol. I stood in line for 20 minutes. There is a Indian male pharmacist whom I watched as he waited on customers. He was very abrupt dry demeanor seemed agitated AND GAVE OFF A SENSE OF ARREGANTS. So it's now my turn to pay. This man waved his hand in the air while walking away and mumbled something which I couldn't quit understand because of his accent. So I said sir what did you say? He with his back turned and raised his voice and said, YOU NEED TO TAKE YOURSELF TO THE FRONT TO CHECK OUT AND HE DISSAPPEARED BACK INTO THE PHARMACY. I WAS APPAULED AT THE RUDENESS. WHY CANT YOU LET ME PAY FOR OVER THE COUNTER CVS PRODUCTS AT HIS REGISTRAR? I HAD MY DEBT CARD READY MY MERCHANDISE OUT. IT WOULD OF TAKEN 60 SECONDS TO LET ME PAY AND GO ON MY WAY. The pharmacist is fairly RUDE and always rushed. The pharmacist never takes the time to explain some of the major side effects on medications.

I was extorted by my employer's medical plan into leaving my local independent pharmacy and doing business with you. If any of my medicines were not in stock and needed to be ordered, my previous pharmacy could get it next day, or 2 days max. It's unconscionable and inexcusable that with CVS I have to wait for a medication to be sent from a different store, which can sometimes take up to a week or more. This has caused me to run out of medication more than once. You are playing games with people's health to save a dollar. Shame on you!!!

Pretty solid CVS pharmacy location located within the Target off Lawndale. Whether you are filling or picking up a ? prescription, picking up over the counter items, or have basic vitamin needs, this location has you covered. When you walk in the store head right and it is in the middle to back corner of the front of the store. There is ♿ handicap accessible seating and parking here.

This location is grossly understaffed. Long wait times in line. The phone was ringing off the hook. And I still didn't get my prescription. The one person that was working was trying the best that she could.
