The customer service here is exceptional ? Cierra was great she made every attempt to find the Adidas Samba that we were looking for even called the Burlington location, every staff member we encountered was very helpful ??. Thank you

Mark was extremely helpful to me the second I walked in the store. I had no idea were to start for my daughters t ball season and he walked me through every step, found me all the sizes and things I needed and I didn't even lift a finger. 10/10 customer service and Mark was the star of the show today. What a amazing employee. Thank you Mark!

Good supply of sporting goods when other stores are insufficient in some areas. Pricing can be a little higher on some areas but keep an eye out for coupons from local regions.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service at this location. I had a shoe exchange and went to the shoes to speak to an employee. I was immediately approached by a rude employee who I seemed to be burdening with my exchange request. He sent me to the front where I then was rudely spoken to by the man at checkout. I don’t know why these employees seem to be so bothered by an exchange, but no customer should ever feel like they are being spoken down to. I left the store without an exchange due to such frustration from the treatment of these employees, and now am most likely going to return and repurchase elsewhere after this awful experience.

I came here after an appt with my podiatrist to get a new pair of shoes for work, which is at the hospital. Everybody knows that those floors are brutal. I’ve been experiencing bouts of plantar fasciitis and recently it has become unbearable. This young man named Jesse was very very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I basically received a free consult with this young man. He recommended a pair of Brooks runners and insoles designed for plantar fasciitis. Needless to say, they feel amazing! Thank you Jesse! I appreciate your attentiveness and superb customer service! I will definitely be back to see you in the future. In the meantime, keep up the great work!
